I tried a few other cleaners and had lackluster results. Five Star always does great with my clothes, offers same day drop off and pick up, and regularly has coupons available. Employees are kind and helpful. The only drawbacks I can find are really insignificant: the starch the use smells a little funny, and they’re slightly more expensive than some of the other options around.

Very dissapointed. I brought in a king size comforter and décor pillows. I paid $ 80 to get them back looking and smelling the same, I’m pretty sure they didn’t even wash them! When I went back to show the front desk person the stains and dog hair she said that it takes multiple washes to remove dog hair. Really? Every time I wash anything with dog hair it comes out because I WASH AND DRY it. Now I have to wait another week for them to do what they should have done in the first place.

They really mean in by 9am, I showed up one minute after and they were not going to be able to starch my shirt. Being from out of town and not being a regular makes a difference. I can only conclude that they don’t treat all customers the same way. If I did not have to officiate a wedding tomorrow I would have been fine the next day. Hope they don’t realize my shirt is not starched.

I was convinced the dry cleaning industry needed a swift kick in the a$$. Every service I tried eventually only lasted 3 – 6 months. Poor service, damaged clothes, lost items, it seemed a trend I could not avoid… until a co-​worker recommended Five Star Cleaners. This station is excellent, great customer service, clothing is always treated as if it were their own. We have a large amount of clothes we take, they work to save you money (launder this vs dry clean, etc), cutting my bill by more than 40%. They’ve now been my sole dry cleaning and alteration service for more than a year.

Outstanding customer service. After getting wing sauce slapped all over the back of my brand new knitted shirt, I took it to this amazing place. The manager was very sympathetic and understanding. She also offered me tips on what to do next time I had gotten food or drink on items of clothing.
I picked it up two days later and asked if she had a hard time removing the sauce. She said it took a little bit that she was still working on it that morning, She absolutely went the extra way to take care of me and deliver my shirt to me in pristine condition.
