So I was going to let my one visit slide but after I read the other review from Stefany V. I decided to chime in. My project consisted of getting close to 1,000 sheets printed and made into 3 binders. We decided to upload everything online to save us time, trips and grief. Ordering online was tricky but we figured it out. We selected same day turnaround and it told us what time it would be ready … 2pm. I was emailed that the job was ready for pick up about 1:40pm so I made it a couple minutes before 2pm. I was told that they had a problem with the hole punch machine and that half of my project was taken to another store to get done. Problem #1 no apology, just the oh well look. So I had to wait. After reviewing the one binder that was done while I was waiting for the rest of my project I noticed it was missing a tab so when I told the sales associate he admitted he wasn’t familiar with the order. After calling his co-worker he told me that they did exactly what was ordered and walked away. Problem #2 didn’t offer to figure out how to get me another tab. When the associate got back with my other binders I asked him about the missing tab and while he was giving me the«we did what was on the order sheet» I stopped him and asked for my sheet and I found where I did order it and I got my tab but no apology.

Mixed feelings about this place– went in today because I thought I needed to use a scanner to send a friend a completed application form, when Adobe Acrobat could not save it with my info to email. Other than answering a direct question, the employees here completely ignored me. I asked where the computers were to print a file from my email and they literally pointed at the computers around the corner and never said another word to me. Had I felt more welcomed, I probably would have felt more comfortable asking questions, but as it is I spent about $ 5 on internet access to pull up and fill out the application(another $ 5), then fax it to my friend. The only benefit to being ignored by the employees was that I did not pay to fax my materials, even though there was a posted notice saying it would be about $ 1.50/page. And it wasn’t just me– at one point there were three other people present, and each seemed to leave without being helped, after staring down the employees without being acknowledged in any way. The employees where may not have anything to do with the ridiculous pricing that this place uses, but at the very least they can be friendly and helpful, and, I don’t know maybe this is an outrageous idea, but they COULD do their jobs? Guess this location didn’t give their employees the memo…
