Facelogic Spa

I signed up for the membership program which means I go once a month, and they just charge my credit card. Nothing to do but make an appointment. I have been to several different people so I can decide which one I like best. They are all very good. They always put on a mask and massage my scalp and arms while it dries. I’ve been using Eminence products and have noticed a nice difference in my skin.

I’ve had several skin treatments at Facelogic Spa and I love this place! The estheticians are extremely knowledgeable and they customize according to your individual skin type — for me sensitive and SLIGHTLY mature. The products were amazing, the staff is super friendly and it is always a wonderfully relaxing experience. Plus I LOVE the results!

I gave my mom a facial for Mother’s Day and we went together. It was so calming, relaxing, and soothing. I’ve been back twice since then and plan to go every month to pamper myself. I recommend facelogic highly.

I highly recommend this establishment. I tried it out by purchasing a Groupon and their staff exceeded my expectations. My facial was amazing. When I left I purchased the 6 facial package, totally worth it.

I tried to visit here using a groupon I purchased, but I apparently went there once four years ago and they now refused my groupon becuase I am not a first time customer. I honestly do not even remember going. Wish I could have experienced the spa, but their customer service is now a concern. Person I spoke with was not polite. I would try other places willing to accommodate.

I love this place. Like others here, I went on a whim the first time armed with a Groupon; I’d had facials before at other spas and found them perfectly relaxing, and my goal was for this to be the same. It was, but so much more! I went with the elite facial, and the products felt nothing short of luxurious going on. The facialist (Sara T.) was very thorough in educating on what the products were, what was in them, and what role they served; she also made sure that the products that she chose were customized to my needs. In addition, the facial included a neck/​arm/​foot massage, which really added to the experience. Above all, I’ve been so pleased with the way my skin looks and feels after the facial. I’ve been twice now and will certainly be back!

I found this place from purchasing a groupon. I have been in San Antonio for almost two years and have been searching for a place that provides the overall experience… this is it!!! From the friendly receptionist to the comfy socks (provided to enhance relaxation) Facelogic Spa has been my best facial experience in SA!
The shopping center where it is located is a bit busy but it is well worth it. When you walk in, it doesn’t seem very big until you are shown to the back where all the magic happens. They have these AMAZING chairs that recline but prop your feet up in the air. I received the facial with the works, it was phenomenal to say the least. In the middle of the facial I received a short shoulder/​arm massage which was a pleasant surprise.
The atmosphere was everything I have been looking for in a facial/​massage place. I will be back here soon!

. Loved the spa, concept and products. Didn’t have the true, full experience bc my esthetician texted half the time. She’d put me in a mask, cover my eyes and text. She’d get behind my head and massage me with one hand on my shoulders or head while she texted with the other. My mother was in the stall next to mine, and when she went to the restroom, she saw her texting. I complained to the manager and was apologized to and told if I ever came back I could get a free mask thrown in. I should have been given a redo, a free facial with an expert who doesn’t text during my service that I paid good money for. My mother loved her experience. Wish I could say the same. I wont go back. Not professional enough for me all the way around.

I did not know what to expect from Facelogic’s signature facial starting at a low $ 49 (compared to $ 60, $ 70 and even $ 130 at hotel spas) and was pleasantly surprised by my experiences there. I have been 3 or 4 times, each time with a different facialist, and all were very knowledgeable and gentle.
It was not my typical facial experience (undressing in a small room and getting under the sheets and lying down in that room), but this is what you can expect at Facelogic. You will be greeted in a reception area and taken to a small room where they will provide a basket for your clothes and undress into a cover up and socks. From that room you walk into a bigger spa room where there are 4 – 5 reclining chairs separated by a partition. I was a little hesitant with this at first, but I really did not notice that there was anyone else in the room. Then the rest is a regular facial: steam, masks, cleansing, extractions, hand/​arm massage. I have enjoyed my experiences there.
A caveat: after the facial and even during, I’ve experienced some sales push. Either regarding a product to buy after wards, a package, or an upgrade on the basic facial. I am normally not good with this because I will tend to buy whatever they are offering. But if you politely decline, I have not had an experience where they push any further.

I came on a Groupon special. The first facial I had was pretty basic and I enjoyed it. The second time I had a facialist who was a little more involved and she offered me an upgrade to a enzyme peel, which I did and really enjoyed. Both experiences were good and although I have not yet started a membership I would consider doing so.

Absolutely the best facial I’ve ever received. Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere and a caring staff. The only place I would go for a facial. Also, if you need a face waxing, this is the place to go. The wax is gentle on your skin.
