Over charged. Tech got to my location almost 2 hours after he called that he was on his way. The owner said start rate $ 45. The tech said $ 275 big difference, after he looked @my vehicle he said lock cylinder needed to be replaced and would be $ 175…i was at a near by auto zone amd i checked part was $ 78, i bought it and his fee went up from $ 275 to $ 320. Rip off but i needed it to get fixed and wanted it done already. Guy asked for cash and he said his boss would send reciept through email. No receipt was sent. total scam!!!

Locked my keys in my car one night found these guys on Google first of all great customer service they tech contacted me super fast and showed up immediately answered all of my questions and unlocked my car like a pro. price was pretty reasonable. Would use again if I had to.

So great! They were there and done in less than 20 minutes! Nice, helpful and efficient. Hopefully I will not be locking my keys in my car again any time soon… But if I do, this is who I will call!
