So, to update — I just got off the phone with Jasmin K. (who replied to my review) and have to say her attention to my experience with EAS has gone a long way to redeem the situation. It feels rare to have a company take a review/​complaint as seriously as ours was, but Jasmin had clearly reviewed our file, their in house notes, and was very serious about seeing if there was anything she could do to ensure we didn’t have a bad taste left in our mouth. She apologized sincerely, was very honest and direct about what went wrong on their end, and shared what steps they have taken/​are taking to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future. She also gave me a direct number so that if we want to have the spilled radiant barrier removed we can contact her for that and assured us that if we have any issues with the CPS rebate they will work directly with the company to ensure we get any credit we are due. While it is always nice when things go well the first time around, no one is perfect and I appreciate the professionalism shown by Jasmin and her company at this stage to move forward and improve. EAS has moved up to 3.5 stars in my book, definitely. :)
