After searching high and low for a place to live, we found an ad on
. We made an appointment to view a condo and decided to put down a deposit. Our application was approved shortly after and was given the key to move in within a week! That’s service!
Every homeowner is different I suppose, if you find a place that has been for rent for awhile they may be talked down on monthly rent or fees I learned.
Anytime we needed something repaired Carol was quick to send someone. She even agreed to do a walk through with me when it was time to move out. It did take awhile to get my deposit back but I believe her assistant was on vacation and apologized for the delay then quickly mailed it out.
I’ve referred homeowners needing a property management company to Drought because I know they will lease to responsible tenants (like me).
