Ordered Two large specialty Pizzas(meats and a peporoni) with 2 extra toppings. Not hard.(I worked at papa johns for a year, the hardest part about the job was Super Bowl Sunday). Not only did they arrive 2 hours late! They where both cold. I also tipped the driver 6 or 7 bucks. Called the store and they said they would comp them next time. (3 weeks later) Call back to order the pizzas and was told that I would need to pay a delivery fee. I disagreed because of how bad the mess up was I shouldn’t have to pay for anything and their wrong should be fixed. Ended up being put on hold for a few minutes until the manager answered. We went back and forth about the payment until she finally says«well if these couple dollars are going to be that big of a deal» or something along these lines, like a teenager handling a Situation. I told her that being sarcastic about not fixing their problem wasn’t fixing anything. She then mutes me «all the sound stops«to talk about something(only God knows) And when I finally finish she then accuses me of already using the credit on the same night. She eventually took the order and after about an hour and a half to two hours i got the pizza . Smh Long story long, she didn’t care at all about fixing the problem, more of trying to be the smart ass in the situation and in the end ensuring another«in the long list of «1 stars on Unilocal! Customer service isn’t hard it’s the job!

Very happy with the order. Today is Mother’s Day and I got the 5.99 Lg 2 tops… Three of those took care of my end of a group dinner. Lady at the register was great

The pizza is decent, the wings left a lot to be desired. Delivery driver forgot my drinks, dipping sauces, and shakers. I got them, but 45 mins later.

Domino’s has always by far made my favorite wings but since I’ve moved here they get worse everytime I order them. The first and second time there was little sauce on the wings and they gave me the wrong dipping sauce. This last time there was barely any sauce on each. So little in fact that they might as well be original wings instead of hot and fire. It looks like someone took a cup of dipping sauce and threw it on top of original wings after they were done. Very disappointed! The only good experience has been the friendly drivers.

Driver left half of my drink orders behind… TWICE in a row. Called the store and they were non apologetic about it.

This is a great crew. I might have been a pizza cook & driver in a previous life ;) This doesn’t make me give them more credit so much as it makes me more critical. I’ve been in SA5 years, have ordered from them maybe once a month or less because honestly pizza isn’t a staple, it’s more of a «I’m too tired and the kids have to eat» meal. I get what I order. Every time. If I send special instructions, they are done, every time. Even when walking in, they have always greeted us right away even if they couldn’t help us immediately and the action behind the counter is always kept«friendly to the public» I have seen shops where drivers and cooks are swearing at each other, yeling at each other and blaming each other for whatever they feel like to relieve stress. at least these ones all go in the walk in or something before blowing up because I haven’t seen it while there. In case you didn’t notice, it’s dominos. If you want barbaro, make the drive. The pizza is sooo much better than it was 5 years ago and it is something I am actually willing to feed my kids, not something I am willing to say about Papa John’s or Pizza Hut. For fast delivery, great tasting basic food, this store is awesome… now if my order would just get here…

Food is always made up to par and the delivery drivers are always great. I’m not a huge fan of the customer service when picking up. They could improve in this area. Other than that I’m always satisfied.

Good service, always hot and prompt. Respectful driver peeps too! Order online, though, for more expeditious delivery times.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered pizza from there twice and both times the whole pizza had less cheese than you would expect on half a slice. When I called the manager to advise him of the situation he didn’t seem to care at all. Will not ever go there again.

Here is why I gave this a bad review… answer the phone Dominos!!! I stayed on hold for 55 minutes on my cell. I walked into the actual STORE still on hold. Was anyone in the store taking calls? Nope, not ONE. The guy says«one of our ovens is broken». I said«so yall decided to not answer the phones and tell people?» They were all just goofing around, doing nothing at all. The guy tells me «we can make you a, pizza but it wont be ready until 10pm.» THISWASAT5PM! I was like«Do you SERIOUSLY think I’m going to wait here 5 hrs for a pizza when Little Cesars and Pizza Hut are one block down?». He was being a smarta** to me and everyone in there. The place is run by a band of 17 year olds. You rarely see an adult in there. And trust me, Ive been using this dominos for 5 yrs. Its ALWAYS like this!

Our order was delivered to the hotel we are staying at by SeaWorld. My husband picked it up at the front desk because delivery people are not allowed up to the rooms. He did not realize that no silverware or napkins were included… once again, we are at A HOTEL. Thats just nuts. I can see if we ordered from a residential address, but obviously we do not have what we needed in our room to eat pasta & pizza. Got what we needed from the hotel and sat down to eat. Thin crust pizza is doughy, and missing a topping we ordered. Overall a huge thumbs down for this Domino’s franchise =(

My husband and I began to have problems with our local Papa John’s store(long delivery time, missing items, disgusting TRAYS left under the pizza — seriously, seeing what they cooked our food on was nauseating). We had both seen the Domino’s ads from when they basically went«Yep, we sucked, we’re trying to get better», and decided to give them a try. This location was the one that came up when we went to try out their online ordering system — while the website is different than we were used to with Papa John’s, we were quickly able to orient ourselves to it and place an order. Here are the bullet points that we took away from that first time(and subsequent orders). 1. The online Pizza tracker feature is both amusing and useful: While they were a TAD slow the first time we ordered, the pizza has arrived in a very speedy manner the last couple of times and the pizza has been up to par every time. 2. Of their food, we have tried several of their Artisan Pizzas(which are a great size for two people to split with no leftoevers) and one of their American Legends(some leftovers) — the quality of the pizzas has been great. No more«clay like» dough from the 1990’s/early 2000’s — they really have improved the quality like they said. We have also tried the molten chocolate cakes and cinnastix. The molten cakes were a bit over done and smaller than I would have liked, but still very tasty and the cinnastix were exactly what we expected: delicious dough covered in cinnamon sugar with dipping icing. The molten cakes are really the only thing I could find fault with. 3. The prices are SO much lower than Papa John’s — especially since they often have«50% one pizza» that includes the artisan pizzas(bringing them down to $ 5 – 6 for the whole thing) on their website. We also love that they have the option to make a donation to St. Jude’s Children’s hospital on the website — as in a straight donation, not just«buy tons of Pizza and we give them $ 1»(although they have that deal, too, if you need tons of food). As for the issues with calling in orders and customer service mentioned in some other reviews, I cannot speak to that — we have only ever ordered online and besides one awkward delivery guy(who I will not judge for being shy/quiet/possibly just having a bad day — he got us our Pizza fine), we have had a positive experience with this store. It is possible the website is just hiding some of these flaws, but I cannot comment on them in that case. Either way, 4 – 4.5 stars for this location!

we order online from this location using the online coupons about twice a week. I’m from Brooklyn, New York and my wife is a gourmet level cook who makes us pizza(from scratch of course) when she has the energy — so we know good pizza. FORTHEPRICE — this is an awesome product, and is consistently made well. Yesterday one of our pizzas was undercooked because we doubled all the toppings on it. I called them about it and they made another pizza just like it and cooked it perfectly and delivered it in less than 30 minutes — for free. Great product and excellent service at an exceptional price.

About twice a month my family orders from this location and have been pretty satisfied each time. The trick to ordering is to either do it via a mobile app or thorugh their website as you will just go crazy going through their prompt system on the phone. Normally when we order its on the way home and we order through our phone and we almost always order the 2 mediums with 2 toppings for $ 5.99 each. Now if you order on your phone you can expect the pizza to be done in about 10 minutes so we place our order when we are near our house so we can just pop in and pick it up. What is nice is the pizza tracker that lets you know if the pizza is ready just in case you get there a little early and are waiting outside in the car. If you haven’t tried the pizza with white sauce instead of tomato your missing out. We love to add the white sauce and extra provolone cheese. We are also partial to the thin crust but the reguler crust is good as well. Now keep in mind this isn’t gourmet pizza but for a quick and cheap meal you can’t go wrong.

three phone calls and three hours later NOPIZZA! Never again, I’ll go with Papa Johns, it’s nice when horrible stores and staff can make that decision for you! Hello Papa Johns!

This Domino’s location does not answer the phone. Sometimes an automated system picks up and keeps you on hold for a long time(I waited 10 minutes and then hung up). One star is giving this location too much credit. Hopefully they clean up their act.

We decided to try Dominos«new» pizza — big mistake, at least when ordering from this location. We ordered thin and crispy pizza hoping to get just that — THIN and CRISPY. Our pizza arrived on time thin and limp and lifeless. We called the store and spoke to the manager, Daisy, who told us that the new Dominos commercials were for their regular pizza, not the thin and crispy pizza. Silly me, I thought they would stand by ALL of their products. We demanded our money back and while the manager said she would refund it, we were doubtful. She was rude, unsympathetic and inflexible. We did not notice the charge going back on our card so we wrote to Dominos directly. They apologized and sent us some free coupons, which was nice but what we really wanted was an apology. Bad experience all the way around. We will not be ordering Dominos again. We gave the gift certificates away — good riddance!
