Domino’s Pizza

Placed an order for a 7:00 pm delivery to the hotel… Food was a few minutes early pipping hot and correct. Tastes amazing and looked great. Would recommend this location to anyone staying around the airport.

Friendly. Have never had a problem with pizza. Ordered here more than 5 times. Pretty consistent.

Luck-​of-​the-​draw ! The pizza is pretty good but good luck getting them to answer the phone to place your order. I’m too hungry to wait.

I decided to give them another shot. This time was much better. They were well staffed and my order was ready when I arrived.

Alot of pizza places have varying service and product quality, but 4 times now this dominoes has given me quality pizza in very quick delivery time. Service seems consistent and management seems on que.

I had to leave for work and was on a very strict schedule. I sent my mother down to go and get the pizza. They said they messed up the Brooklyn style pizza and would take 20 minutes. My mom went ahead and paid for the other medium pizza, parmesan bites, and 2-​liter diet coke. They charged her full price even with the coupons applied!!! $ 13 for a medium pizza!!! NEVER doing business with this domino’s pizza ever again and will be telling my friends. Very poor customer service.
Resolution: Manager gave us the large pizza. Not happy about the initial incident, but am glad that they did provide a solution. The initial customer service wasn’t up to par, but the manager made a quick decision to resolve a bad situation.

Omg every other delivery pizza chain, take note this is how it should be done. Pizzas, subs, bread bowls are all amazing and delicious consistently every time. Order is always correct, online ordering is a breeze and easy to use, they have coupons and specials all the time, and they are always quality over everything, never a bad slice with Dominos

It was made right and arrived fast. Was not cooked enough. Nothing but doughy dough. I took the cheese and topping off. Order thin crust !

Love the enthusiasm at the door ! The website said his name was michael he was very polite and enthusiastic definitely a breath of fresh air. it a lot less awkward opening the doors to a stranger when they smile and ask who’s hungry? Good job !

I flip flopped between Dominoes and Papa Johns. Dominoes wins. Online ordering for delivery — EASY. The food is good and fresh, always arrives timely. Never any problem with online issues. Your delivery staff … GREAT. They also smile at the little dog who greets the «food person» at the door. And … I just like Pete the Pizza Maker. So fun to track my pizza via «Pete» while I’m doing other things. I worked hard today — this pizza order is a treat to myself for a good day’s work. Thanks for the work you do.

Delivery is always exceptional from this store. No matter if it’s raining or fair weather, I can always count on fresh and fast delivery from here. Hadn’t eaten domino’s in quite some time and I can honestly say, they are now my go to pizza delivery!

Not sure why so many negative reviews but I’ve had nothing but luck with this business. I always order the same handmade pizza online and pick it up 20 mins later. I am now a loyal Domino’s customer… who was a die hard Pizza Hut fan. Since moving to the area, haven’t even located a Pizza Hut with my Domino’s being so great.

Sat on hold with recording for 9:37s before abandoning ship and ordering Pizza Hut. I miss person to person interaction… even if they ask to out me on hold.

Ordered here and had a problem with my order and an incompetent manager. Got a call next day from Domino’s apologizing and fixed the problem. DOMINO’S CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

We order from Domino’s somewhat often and it used to be ok. Sort of. At least I didn’t have to cook. But honestly, our experience with them has been terrible. The first few times we ordered for some reason I only had sauce on a little less than half of my pizza but whatever I don’t like a ton of sauce anyway and they did fine on my husband’s pizza. A couple times ago they took over two hours to deliver our pizza. And I mean from the time the tracker said they actually left the store. We live about six blocks away. Our pizza was freezing and the cups of garlic sauce I had paid for were missing. After we complained they gave us a free order the next time and threw in soda which was nice and managed not to take two hours. I order again and this is probably our last time. It only took about an hour but they forgot the garlic cups again. Seriously it’s only a couple bucks but still, I paid for it, I like to have it with my pizza. The driver did offer to go back and get it but not really worth waiting an hour for it. Oh, and their credit card machine wasn’t working so I don’t have to sign or get a receipt.
