I like Diana, she seats in the first chair to the right as soon as you walk in. I’ve been coming here for 6 months now for face waxing. She is super sweet and always does a good job. On occasion, I’ll have my nails done too.

So ridiculously rude! I had never been to this salon(didn’t know the hours). I asked what time do you close they rudely ignored me said what do I need I said a polish change they said ok pick a color I went to pick my color and a guy came up and rudely said we are closed in the most ugliest tone ever and ran me out the door. I understand it was closing but that’s why I asked! Never going back.

I’ve never been here before but there’s a possibility I might be coming back. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and my nails look great. The only thing was I paid 20 for a french tip manicure«FILL» For a couple more dollars I could’ve gotten a whole new set… Really on the fence about coming back though.

This is my go-to nail place because I’ve always had great experiences there! The owner is super nice and always makes sure her customers are taken care of. I highly recommend Diva Nails!

Zero stars! This place is terrible. I have been here twice and completely unimpressed! They rush you in and out. I can paint my own nails to that quality and save the $ 30.

Ambiance? Eh. Not the best. Service is awesome and prompt though. So, if you need a mani/pedi quick — this is a great option. I visited with my mom while I was visiting her during the Christmas season. Located in a strip of mostly chains, a nail salon fits well. Prices are about what you’d expect averaging a total of $ 55ish for both mani/pedi. There are not a ton of polishes to choose from but basics are available. Really, this would be a 2 star if it wasn’t for the sweet woman who helped my nails look polished and clean. Bottom Line — if you are in the area and are pressed on time, this place is conveniently located to get the job done.

Cut my wife’s finger and had no regard. Just continued about with manicure. While massaging arm, spreading blood. And no discount! No apology. Nothing. I got manicure, was ehh. Asked if buff or not said sure(unknown extra cost!). Then when buffing, burnt each finger despite saying hey that’s getting pretty hot on each finger! We were only customers and was going ok until more people came in then it was rush rush hurry you go now If at potranco and 1604, PLENTY of other options.

I recently tried the services out at this nail place. It’s actually strictly Nails according to their service menu. I had asked about waxing(for legs) because I saw wax rooms but I’m guessing that’s only for eyebrows and the lady said no to the legs when I had asked. For july they’re doing a special 15% off all services since they just opened up. It’s a clean, quiet place and it’s right around the corner from my house. I got a pedicure for me and my little guy. They didn’t give me a hard time about getting his toes done like other salons had so I’m glad for that. The less lip I hear about how I maintain my sons toes the better because then I’m more likely to come back as a repeat customer. I loved the irony that all the nail techs working the pedicure chairs were men, they gave a great massage and they were very professional. One guys even painted a flower on my toe and told me to water it ever two days. I appreciate a funny corny nail joke any day. They have 11 different types of mani and pedi, reasonably priced and geared towards specific things to be done. Free drink service with procedures done. The chairs were amazing, brand new and felt great on my back and head. Very good experience for me and I’m most likely to come back.

I’m really not sure how to review this Salon/Spa. They have EXCELLENT service but do so/so work. I needed a simple eyelash fill and as I was driving home from work I realized there was a new salon in the area so I stopped. They’re doing 30% off any service as a grand opening special so I figured I’d stop in. They were extremely nice and offered free beverages. Service was quick but the eyelash technician did not tape my bottom lashed down before she started working. I had never had it done without the tape before so I inquired as to why she doesnt use tape. She said for fills its quick and easy and you dont need to tape the bottom lashes — well — she was wrong. She should’ve. My bottom lashes were glued to the top in 2 spots. After she corrected this I looked at my lashed and they looked pretty good so I didn’t make that a big deal. After about a wqeek though, all the lashes she’d put in fell out and my poriginal lashes that had been on for a month were all that remained. I went back 3 days later and she was eager to see me as she thought I was coming in for another service! She recognized me and said«Weren’t you hear yesterday? Welcmoe back». I let her know it was almost yetserday and all the lashes she’d put in 48 hours ago were gone. She quickly replaced them without a question and they looked good(after using the tape this time. thank the lord). The lashes did not last very long though. They may be better when it comes to another service, and they’re VERY friendly and accomodating but do not get your lashes done here. Let them practice for a bit first… seriously.
