I just wanted to update this review. I was contacted by Wes, the owner, and told that if I had contacted him and told him that I wasn’t satisfied with his services instead of writing a review that I would have had my money refunded. I don’t think that he didn’t deserve any compensation, but I do believe I was not given the service I was told. I’d rather another bride have her night go smoothly and be aware of what services they’d be receiving vs what they’d be promised. Also he sent me a Playlist from the night of my wedding and there were some slow songs that I had missed, not a lot but there were some there, or at least in the list he sent. I didn’t notice them playing, but I dont think he’d go as far as to fabricate a Playlist. Also since I wrote my initial review my family informed me that while he was setting up, he actually broke the venue’s chandelier! He was by far the worst vendor I used for my wedding, and the lowest rating i have ever given on Unilocal.I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 1 because I’m in awe that with everything else that went wrong he actually broke property in the venue. Also, telling me that being dissatisfied entitles me to my money back but only if I had not reviewed him is pretty shady as well.
