Was looking for a bridesmaid dress this past weekend. Absolutely terrible customer service, little dress style and color variety. The associate helping was incompetent at her job, and did not give us proper attention because she was also assisting another customer. She would bring dresses that did not come in our selected shade choice, so even if we found a decent style it did not come in the correct color. There are no mirrors in the rooms forcing you to go out to show every dress, and no locks on the dressing room doors. To top it off, a different associate opened my door in the midst of me changing because my associate was helping her other customer and thus not guarding my door. No apologies were made and my party left in annoyance. Trust me, the lower prices are not worth it. Try Alfred Angelo, they had wonderful customer service.

I had a great experience buying my wedding dress here. Melissa was my stylist and was so patient and really listened to what I wanted. She is friendly and really got to know me during my bridal appointment. She helped me find a dress I loved with matching accessories perfect for my day and fiesta theme. David’s Bridal is great for the price point and all the ladies who work in this store really want to help you find your dress and have a fun memory while doing so. I even went to Kleinfelds in NYC to look for a dress and this was a way more memorable and successful appointment!

Wow and WOW is all I have to say. I called them and told them my exact situation and needed my measurements(which takes .2 seconds) the lady told me «sure no problem come on in!!» Walked into Davids Bridal and the«manager» said they don’t do that since the bride didnt purchase her dress there… And I said well I just drove 20 min to get here bc I JUST called here and spoke to someone and she said i could…” The«manager» refused to give me measurements that may I add once again would take .2 seconds AFTER someone had JUSTTOLDME to come in! The«manager» didn’t even GETUP to remotely help me she sat her happy little ass in the chair – TERRIBLE customer service!!! I work in a customer service industry so I KNOW how to treat guest! And u are the complete opposite of guest services! I will be contacting corporate about their«manager» terrible terrible terrible!!! If this is your«policy» then as the«manager» you are… You need to TRAIN all of your staff to know what they are talking about… So I had to go NEXTDOOR to Als formal wear(for men) so she could measure me. Which again, took .2 seconds! Thanks Als formal wear… U saved the day!!!

I had an appointment with them. I got there early to have a quick look around and still no one was ready for me on time. I asked what dresses were on sale for $ 100, and there was one tiny rack for a sale that’s supposed to be on for another month that the website showed there should have been several selections available. I picked a dress with the style I liked. The woman assisting me finally walked up and I told her what I’m looking for and showed her the dress. She then rudely stated«Oh, David’s Bridal’s sizes run small and i know that is not going to fit you.» I said jokingly«I can probably squeeze in.» She then said«I’ve been working here for a long time and I can tell you right now that is not going to fit you.» I was like wow, what a b — ! She then tries to rush me over to dresses $ 500 and up and I said no ma’am and explained yet again what I’m looking for. She then got irritated with me as if I was being such a hassle. God forbid your customers know what they want… She disappears then comes back with a hideous dress unlike anything I said or showed her and then shows me to another rack still over price range and said«You really can’t go over that price?» Uhh, really lady! I just had a baby! So yeah I’m not size 12 or under or full of money! So at that point I felt completely disrespected and like she just wanted her commission. I went ahead and tried on the dress to see. I didn’t like it at all, and when I came out she started talking about alterations she could do but that it probably couldn’t be done in time for my wedding. Ok, so I drove an hour out of my way to be treated like crap and not even get a dress. I walked out. I will not be coming back, ever.

Poor customer service. I went in without an appointment to try on just a few dressed and was told there was no one to help me-there were at least 4 employees just chatting the entire time I was there. Not returning to this location.

Customers service was terrible as I went to check out. The cashier did not informed me of how long it was going to take for my dress to arrive. She also did not explain I had the option of buying my dress at another location where it would be more convenient for me. I think it was more of their interest to get commission than customer satisfaction.

Take a friend you trust to try on dresses and remember to filter what you are told by your dress shopping assistants. Honest advice from a friend will take you much farther. The assistant will sell you a dress hoping they can also sell you alterations at the store, not necessarily what dress fits best or meets your needs. The alterations department is very overpriced and won’t do half the things they say they can do on the website. The people were polite and helpful, but the way the store functions overall doesn’t really give that personal feeling. Leave plenty of time to order your items too. Most things aren’t actually available in the store.

When I got the call from a friend that he was getting married and that they wanted my kiddo to be in the wedding, I was so excited. Then, the bride-to-be told me that she got her dress and picked out a toddler dress from David’s Bridal — I admit it — I deflated a lot. Reviews on other sites have given this David’s Bridal some pretty poor reviews, so I was absolutely NOT looking forward to our appointment. I’m not sure why the other reviews on other sites are so bad. They were wonderful to me and my kiddo. They praised her several times for being so good. They were ready for my appointment. They had a dress in the requested size and the next size — just in case. They offered shoe options in her size. It was so pleasant… and I was so happily surprised that I had to come to Unilocal to set the record straight for these guys — they were absolutely a class act. They didn’t even give me a hard time about the discounts because the bride bought her dress at David’s Bridal in another city… and we learned that we also got a discount on their shoes, too!!! So, for us, we think the David’s Bridal at this location is fantastic and we recommend them to any bride-to-be or wedding party member! PS — I’ll do an update after they do the alterations on the kiddo’s dress. If they are well done and as easy to deal with as our appointment, I’ll give them 5 stars.
