Friendly staff, easy to spot location, access to dolly’s and safe access (coded). The elevators are also fairly large and fits large pieces of furniture. Inside the buildings, the hallways are well-​lit and they keep it very clean. They also provide packing supplies. Carlos even hooked me up with movers with a very reasonable, affordable price and they help moved my furniture and some boxes from my apartment on the 2^nd floor to my 2^nd floor storage unit.
I couldn’t give it 5 stars bc (although I think it’s a corporate policy and no fault of their own) you can’t get a partial refund when you clear out your storage unit before the end of the billing cycle and don’t use the unit for all the days of the billing cycle. Also, I wasn’t informed that the credit card they had on file wasn’t active anymore until close to the end of the billing cycle. I couldn’t mail a check in time and the location or the corporate office wouldn’t take debit cards. They take credit cards over the phone but they charge you a convenience fee (until it becomes autopay then no fee).

Love this place, they are friendly and accommodating — if you need storage, don’t go anywhere else
