Top of the line vape shop with great customer service what more could you ask for? That being said this place is for everyone not just the more experienced vaper. Will definately be back to this establishment. Thanks for helping me out during my visit.

Best vape shop I’ve ever been too my mod started acting up and the staff dismantled and reassembled it fixing all error great place good price highly recommended

I wanted to get into vaping but was unsure where to start or how to even begin. I have friends that vape but I never really liked their blends until I tried one friends flavor churro and I was hooked. I walked into the store and you could tell it wasn’t any nickel and dime operation, this being said the staff didn’t try to sell me something above what I needed or a mod I would have to break down. Instead the staff sold me a top of the line beginners kit that had me very impressed and was quite affordable compared to what I was expecting. The staff treated me with kindness and were very kind to explain what would probably work best for me after I explained my likes and dislikes. I will most deff be coming back to try other awesome flavors!

Everytime I walk in, the guys are always making you feel welcomed. I’ve always had outstanding customer service from all the ladies and gentleman that work here. They really go above and beyond for their customers!

I recently relocated here from Louisiana I was looking for a new bakeshop. After less than stellar results at another «e-​cig» store near my house (Stone Oak area) I decided to check out Coval Vapes after reading about them on Reddit.
When I walked in I made it abundantly clear to the sales person that I was not looking to buy anything today, rather I was trying to establish a new store of choice in my new home city. He was incredibly helpful and told me all of the information I needed to know as an intermediate vaper. Because of this great customer service I told him I would be back.
A few weeks later I return to the store with intentions to buy and a service girl helped me out. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I ended up getting two bottles of their juice which were very reasonably priced at $ 12 a pop for a (30ml?) glass bottle. Additionally, I purchased a Nautilis from the shop and a couple of other things.
Since my initial visit this is been my shop of choice and I’ve been back three or four times. When I did have an issue with an item purchased from there I called them or stop by and they were happy to help. I’ll be returning often.
My only wish is that they had more menthol options or a type of «flavor bar» where you could build your own. Even the glacier just is *almost* not menthol-​y enough for my strong tastes. But overall, A+

This is by far the best vape shop in town the quality and the character of the personal involved in this store
comes thru in the products they sell. The juice here is all made in house in glass bottles priced so low you think
it’s a joke! raspa and creamy pear are awesome flavors. Please give them a try you will not regretted

Wow! «Marley’s Mocha» from Coval Vapes! Best holiday flavor I have ever had! Happy Holiday Vapors! The session is here and the holiday juice flavors are every where! I have a very special juice to tell all of you about, «Marley’s Mocha»! I was in Coval Vapes one day and some good friends of mine Steve Wilkens, and his wife Debbie Calderon– Wilkens where just hanging out, and trying some different flavors! They where telling William how much they liked Chocolate, Coffee and Peppermint flavors together! William made some for them on the spot to try out, and I have to say it was the best combination of Chocolate, Coffee and Peppermint flavor I have ever tried to date! William asked Steve, and his wife what they should call it! Steve and his wife tolled us about there daughter Marley, and the difficult time her and the family had been threw, and that Marley was going to be having an operation in a couple of days! So they decide to name the juice in dedication to Marley! This truly is a fantastic holiday flavor! The Chocolate, Coffee and Peppermint are spot on! We all hope you are doing well now Marley, and would like to wish the Wilkens family a Mary Christmas, and a Happy New Year! Go get your Marley’s Mocha guy’s, and have a safe and Happy Holiday!
