Well, where do I begin. We decided to go to Chilis for my daughter’s bday big mistake. This was for dinner around 7 pm. The server didn’t take our order until 7:25. Nobody acknowledged us until then. To be honest, we were about to walk out. Our server came took our order the food was there. We ordered the trio tacos, carnitas, prime rib and shrimp. Well, I got a fish taco instead of my carnitas, that was sent back and corrected. The issue wasn’t so much the food, it was the SERVICE. Another 20 min to check out. The machine to check out was not allowing me to pay with my card. A server took it to the back to ‘fix’ and never returned. I approched another server and told him«I guess my meal is free since nobody wants me to pay.’ To be honest, at that point, it should have been free. Horrible and what was sad about it was that it was my daugther’s bday she even wanted to leave. Not going back.

Chili’s on Broadway and Loop 410, bottomless Enchiladas were great! The cheese was melting on the enchilada dish, the beef inside the enchiladas was very tasty and the buttered Texas Toast was the best! The mac and cheese was to die for! When the waiter stated the mac and cheese was a little spicy, I thought hot, not at all. There was just a hint of spice and the mac and cheese was to die for, creamy and tasty! I don’t know how long this bottomless offer will be offered, but I would suggest get on over to your nearest Chili’s and order the bottomless enchiladas. I could only eat 3!

I guess I’m gonna be the first good review left for this Chili’s location. We must have just gotten lucky on a Friday at 11:00AM. We were seated immediately and although we were seated in the bar area, it wasn’t too loud and the tables weren’t sticky.(Major pet peeve) We always start with the fried pickle appetizer and this time did not disappoint. I love their fried pickles. always get the same thing: the mix and match combo with a 6 oz steak(medium rare) and a rack of their ribs. It comes with two sides and I love, love, LOVE, their loaded mashed potatoes. Holy potatoes. It fills me up quite nicely and I always have some for lunch the next day. My husband tried their Guacamole burger and it was juicy, cooked perfectly and the jalapenos added a nice spice. He said he would definitely order this again. My only complaint is the beer selection. They’ve got the usual Miller, Buttwiper, Heineken favorites but I’d love to see some beers from local breweries.(Real Ale or Freetail would be a nice start, Chili’s!) Also really love that we can play trivia while we wait for our food and that we can pay at our table. No more waiting 20MINUTES to flag down a waiter.

Looking at the reviews, I can say that this Chili’s is consistent… consistently bad! I went to Chili’s for my birthday and to catch up with a friend. Our orders were timely but the. As we were eating, a roach came to greet us. My friend killed it and showed it to the waiter who only said«sorry» and took the big away. We got compensated for just the appetizer. After that we lost our appetite and left. We should’ve choose a better Chili’s.

You should never order delivery dinner from this place! Wait Time: I ordered dinner from them twice — once on a Saturday evening and once on a Sunday evening. They said the wait time was 100 to 110 minutes! I thought this was a mistake until they told me it might actually be longer. Same thing the second time I ordered from them. Flavor: I had the Lighter Choice Mango Chile Tilapia. It tasted like vomit. Portion Size: Almost nine dollars for a cup and a half of spinach and artichoke dip?! Seriously? I had expected more. Service: I ordered the Lighter Choice Mango Chile Chicken. They gave me the fish. Good job, guys.

We went to this Chili’s tonight expecting the typical chain type atmosphere — medicare but it gets the job done. The hostess was pleasant and sat us quickly. However, once we were seated directly by the kitchen(loudest spot in the entire restaurant) things changed quickly. Our waiter, DASH asked us what drinks we’d like. I ordered a tea, he asked«Sweet, unsweet or LONGISLAND» … I said unsweet and he pestered twice about Long Island. When he brought our drinks he said«Oops, you wanted unsweet. My bad.» and went to retrieve what I ordered. We looked over the menu and he check 3 times if we were ready to order. When the food arrived, he asked that we cut into our steaks/burger to see if they were cooked to our liking. My fiancé cut the corner of his steak and said it looked good. Dash replied«next time someone asks you should cut in the middle, just so you know.» The three of us were a bit annoyed. Then, the real fun started. A small child, maybe 18 months old started SCREAMING across the restaurant. We chalked it up to, he’s a baby, he’s upset… understandable. Then it continued for TWENTY minutes. My dad made a comment to the waiter asking if any one else heard the crying baby. He was half way joking understanding as a father that kids get upset. He did not understand why the parents or the restaurant staff weren’t doing anything to calm the baby. Dash simply replied«Hey we were all like that once…» and started to walk away. Dad asked to speak with the manager. The manager simply stated that they gave the kid oranges and crackers but there was nothing they could do about it. She specifically said that there was nothing they could do about it and they couldn’t ever ask anyone to leave the restaurant. This bothered all of us and honestly nothing against the family with the child because I’m sure it’s embarrassing enough to have your kid screaming… HOWEVER, the manager should have been more empathetic to other patrons and it was a bold faced LIE that they cannot ask someone to leave. Needless to say, after an experience with such a rude and flippant waiter, Dash and a less than responsive management staff I know that I will NEVER return to this Chili’s. I’ll stick to the Chili’s in Boerne.

I ate here yesterday for lunch and was very disappointed. To begin with I should have asked for another salad so that parts on me but everybody else’s salad(house) that comes with the lunch specials was yucky. It looked like it was left over from 2 days ago, the lettuce was brown and limp. As I said I should have asked for another one. Then I get my entrée which was suppose to come with fries and didn’t get them. the other 2 people I was with got theirs. However the waitress was nice and she apologized and said she would ask if fries came with it. I told her right there on the menu it said it came with fries. She brought me a basket of fries. which were cold and not hot and fresh. Normally I get good food here well at different location near my house.

The service and the food in this place is terrible. I wish I had read the reviews before I got here. This is not typical of the chain I usually have a good expire emcee in other locations is a chain you can count on. Definitely not this location. Should have gone to McDonalds

REALLY3.5STARS What can I say about Chili’s, I’ve rarely ever been disappointed. In my opinion, Chili’s is all around good. The best bang for your buck here, all food is reasonably priced, and the drinks are great(El Nino anyone?). I like to try a new burger every time I go, they are always delicious, but you can never go wrong with the Old Timer with bacon & cheese. Skillet queso is awesome, & I always like to get the Chocolate Chip Paradise. They have a great bar, many different types of margaritas. Can’t go wrong at this location on Broadway &410, never had a bad experience here. Chili’s = Great Burgers at a cheap price

After attending Church, our family decided to go to Chili’s for a late lunch. This was about 3pm. When we arrived the place was about half full, most of the customers were in the bar area. We had ten people with 4 children in our party(One child less than a year, one a year old, and two kids 3 years old.) We waited about 30mins for our table to get set up. We watched as our waitress was slowly putting our table together and talking with her coworkers. We finally sat down and the waitress wanted to take our drink order right away. No problem because we all knew what we wanted. Now I’m a big soda drinker and the waitress must of seen how fast I drank because she brought my refills two at a time, a BIG plus to me! lol She took our food order and we waited for our food. Our one year old child was getting a bit fussy after about twenty minutes of only eating crackers and started yelling a little bit. The Manager came to our table and asked us to keep it down because we were disturbing the other guests. Now if we were in a more classier place i would of felt embarrassed but just after we were told to keep our little one quiet, the people in the bar all cheered loudly while watching a sports game… this frustrated all of us and we all just wanted to finish our food and leave. Fortunately we didn’t let the Manager totally ruin our experience and the waitress got a nice tip because of the size of our party. The food was good and they kept up with the refills and checked on us regularly. The Manager was the only real downfall for the Restaurant for me. If you have a child, don’t go to this Chili’s. They don’t have a big tolerance for babys. — — – I’m only marking«yes» for Good for Kids is because I know the attitude of this Manager is a rarity for this type of restaurant.
