I have never gone in a Brighton Jewelry Store that had such poor customer service. I have had better service at a crowded Walmart. I had a broken/​loose watch clasp. I purchased the watch about 60 days before and the clasp keeps coming off. The two ladies found a bigger clasp and then it was too big. I said it is not going to work they wanted me to put in another link that would be impossible to do without assist. I was told I would need to try this before I could return or exchange. If I spoke to customers using their undertones I would not expect them to return. I will not be back. I will mail my exchange in to the company and let them know about this experience for sure.

I decided to go in here because one of my co-​workers recommend it to me. The prices were just right for the occasion but were those workers rude and very pushy. I felt like very unwelcomed!!!
