WOW! That is the best way to describe Chuck’s (aka Arugula Catering) food. He is so creative in preparing dishes that simply are blissful. He is fabulous to work with — so, witty and charming. He really takes the time to listen to your dietary desires and works hard to prepare menus to accommodate every palette. He is delightfully brilliant when combining old world staples with new world decadence and I fall in love with every recipe I eat. From non-​traditional Pestos to roasted meats to divine desserts, you cannot go wrong with Arugula Catering. I urge everyone to give them a try! I have been using Arugula Catering for years and plan to continue using them for years to come.

I met Chuck & Arugula Catering last year when they catered a Contemporary Art Month exhibition opening reception and was blown away by their kaleidoscope of flavors, beautiful presentation and sensitivity to all food preferences. That night, Arugula Catering hit a home run and I have been a fan ever since.
This year Arugula Catering provided delicious delights for an Etsy Craft Party hosted by Maker Mama and spare parts at Geekdom. Again, everyone’s taste buds happy danced!
Chuck is professional, thoughtful and wonderful to work with.
