Agave Apartments, Greystar Elan Community

We met Emilio and Kim in the leasing office. They were super friendly and made us feel at home right away. Emilio showed us the apartment, amenities, and helped us sign the lease. He made everything so quick and painless. We were prepared to spend the whole day searching for an apartment, but after stopping at Agave we canceled all those plans and decided to sign a lease there. We are really, really excited to move in! Thanks y’all for making our decision easy! :)

Love the location, the building is beautiful, and everyone who lives here seems really nice. Looking forward to the new gym and pool.

Moving in has been the best decision we’ve made! First the staff. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help at a moments notice. There has not been a thing we haven’t asked for that they weren’t willing to assist with.
Location, location, location. The complex is walking distance from Downtown, the King Williams district, and Hemisphere Park. The Via Transit stops in front of the apartments and you can move to different points in the city. Not to mention, it is located right next to the Riverwalk. You can walk from the apartments to Blue Star easily.
Another thing we appreciate is the security and parking. Free covered parking downtown is practically unheard of but not here. In order to enter the parking lot or any of the buildings, a key fob is required which is only assigned to the residents.
The complex is still under construction, besides the cars in the day, you hardly notice it.
