Smooth Operations

So I forgot to check in while I was there, but had such a great experience I’m writing this review!
I bought an online deal from one of those websites. Only after reading fellow tellers reviews, of course! The deal was for permanent makeup. I called and left a message to make an appointment. When I promptly received my return call, I was treated with extreme professionalism in the phone. Not like of you’re one of those coupon clients. Which I highly appreciated. My appointment was booked with Talia for today. I received multiple email reminders, which is useful to not forget the time/​date. Then upon arriving early I was informed I was at their 2^nd location and I was supposed to be at the other. Off I ran, with great directions, to make it on time up the right location. Once arriving I was informed of my experience that I was about to endure and given all the pertinent information. I loved my experience with Talia, because even though I couldn’t see, it was like I was hanging out with an old friend. She made me very comfortable and was very accommodating. I’m going to recommend her to everyone I know looking for her services.

Best and least painful Brazilian waxing I’ve ever had. Meryl clearly knows what she’s doing. She was fast but sensitive and made me feel comfortable. This is a new location so don’t be deterred by the lack of reviews.
