Mike Ingle managed and worked on the remodel of a 1959 galley-style kitchen without the need for changing any walls. Mike was able to provide me with an extremely reasonable estimate which he was able to meet. I love working with Mike for the skills and work ethic he brings to his jobs, as well as his flexibility. This was the 2nd job I worked on with Mike as he had completed a small bathroom remodel for me in a different home. Mike showed up on time to begin the first day of demolition. And so began a smooth running remodel. Mike(and his team) always demonstrated strong attention to detail(example in customized crown molding workmanship) as well as other details(such as shadows, paint touch-ups, etc.) that a layperson like myself was likely to miss. Mike was resourceful whenever a problem or unforeseen event occurred. For example, when working on the install associated with a foreign-made specialty sink counter(meaning no technical support), he was determined to find a way to make the plumbing and electrical work without disrupting the sensitive automation for lowering and raising the counter. He’d mull over and talk out the issue until he found the best solution — and was open to ideas or suggestions from his client, too! When some design details weren’t quite accurate or workable due to others mis-measurement, he was able to suggest cost effective alternatives for me to select from and still keep the project moving and on budget. I found Mike to be a very ethical, earnest(and affable) professional who enjoys challenges and provides his services at very fair price. I recommend Mike’s services without reservation.
