If you need a gift, stop here, they have a nice selection of things at a good price. They also have household items and things for kids. The only drawback is the hours.

Great place to shop for cute little gifts. Lots of help behind counter, prescriptions filled quickly. Love going in there.

1 year ago I would have rated them a 5. The pharmacists sure did work with everyone in the past as of we were a small town, and we all knew and trusted one another. Oh boy times are changing.

I have been in this drug store many times before it was sold to the current owner. It was always a very pleasant place to stop and shop for nicknack’s. Have bought a few items from there. Items like wind chimes. I’m a sucker for pewter and they had the cutest pewter wind chime which I bought. Stopped in the other day just to see what it was like now that there is a new owner. Well It hasn’t changed much. There is still a nice gift area. The atmosphere isn’t the same but still a nice place to browse.

This is a small but mighty little store located along highway 49. I’ve stopped in here a few times while on various road trips. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. They give great directions and some good tips on the local restaurants. The store itself is your typical small town pharmacy. It has a little bit of everything, from baby supplies to sunscreen.

Kelly’s Drug Store is a privately owned pharmacy in the Sierra foothills in historic San Andreas. They offer the usual pharmacy services plus they have a wonderful card and gift section. They will gift wrap your purchases if you ask and they do a nice job. They also sell some really yummy truffles at the front counter. Definitely a must while waiting for your prescription. The staff are generally friendly and the owners are the best(both are long-time locals). The store is clean and well-organized. It is one of the few remaining privately owned pharmacies in Calaveras County and is a longstanding institution.
