Extremely overpriced. I bought an N64 that didn’t work. When I returned the next day the owner told me he doesn’t give refunds. The hell you don’t bitch!!! I got my refund after making quite the seen. Stay clear of this place.

I have been to this game store my first time and I believe that for enthusiasts and a collector for all game consoles is the best your gonna get. The staff there are really nice are willing to all any questions on any of the games and consoles they sell. I recommend this store and to anyone.

I really like world’s game store. Not only is it a trip down nostalgia way, but there is a giant selection of games, accessories, systems, etc. When I say there is a giant selection, I mean take about the same area as any GameStop location and stuff it with about 10x more games than any GameStop has. Not only is there a literally huge selection but you can find everything from first gen consoles such as Atari(the original), PlayStation one’s, Nintendo 64, gameboy the list goes on. While the prices are a little higher, you’re not going to find better prices on eBay or Amazon. I really like the staff, my friend and I had a good long friendly chat with one before we left.

Says they’re open at 10:30 on Unilocal.Door and phone message say 12… it’s 12:20 currently, 6 people standing outside the door(including the FedEx guy who’s come back twice) and there’s supposedly someone in there but they’re not unlocking the doors yet. I guess I’ll support online retailers instead, though I’d always prefer to choose a local company.

This place is the biggest ripoff I have ever witnessed. As an avid gamer and collector, I am very knowledgeable about pricing, and this place is totally awesome if you want to spend 30−50% markups on retail value stuff. It’s like they go to eBay and pick the highest bid every time they get a trade in. The store is messy, the employees are less than customer-service oriented, and if you think the buy 2 get 1 free is helping you out, you’re still paying slightly over retail for the three games you just purchased. If you want a super awesome retro game store, head into Game Changerz on 3300 S and State. I have been going there for years and have always been super happy with their pricing, customer service, and price negotiating.

I’m a huge retro video game collector so I was excited to see a store like this. But man, their prices are outrageous! For example, Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt. You know, the game that came bundled with pretty much EVERYNES console ever sold. They think it costs $ 15. No wonder they have a huge stack of them. Ridiculous. Even when I saw something rare and cool, like the TurboGrafx Express, I was immediately disappointed that it’s insanely overpriced. $ 300??? A quick eBay search shows that those things are all going for between $ 100-$ 150. I didn’t see a single item that was reasonably priced. I will not be going back. Complete waste of time.
