From finding their website on the Internet, to making the appointment, to meeting with the professional sales staff and management, through the entire process of building our new shutters and having them installed, Wasatch Shutter and Design Company were quintessential professionals. Not only were all the people involved first-​rate and professional, the finished product is simply the best. If I was only rating the new shutters and window treatments we had put in, they would get five stars plus. But the people were what made the whole project special. They took their time, measured twice, made the appointment, showed up on time, did a wonderful job and left the area cleaner than they found it! We could not be more thrilled with the way our shutters came out, I would recommend Wasatch Shutter to anybody who asks. If you want the best, call the best!

Customer service is non-​existent. Installers left sawdust at every window. Advertising $ 50 off per window on TV and won’t give the promotion. Simply «neglected» to mention it. Now will not return calls regarding it.
