Amazing food experience and awesome service. We got the Wisconsin trio, andthe turtle chocolate option, and the shrimp, chicken, steak and lobster for the main course. We split the four course meal between us and it was perfect!!! Amazing and the perfect amount of food. Definitely suggest splitting a four course between 2 people.

I came here with family for my 21st birthday. I tried a alcoholic drink which had a nice peach flavor to it. We did the four course option. I started off with a ceaser salad which was delicious. For my main course I had a platter which included pepper steak which was well seasoned. Also I forgot to mention that for the second course we got cheddar and Swiss cheese along with vegetables, bread and apples which all tasted delicious. Of course we had dessert which included many bite size dessert options to dip into the chocolate. They even gave me a chocolate covered strawberry for My Birthday. The service was fantastic. I can’t wait to come back again!

My husband and I love coming here for special occasions– New Years and anniversaries. They’re always quick to check us in and food is always great. Sometimes the service is hit and miss– I feel occasionally like the servers are trying to rush you out. Other times, we’ve had great servers and they have a conversation with us. Our favorite is the Wisconsin Trio Cheese, and the jalapeño filet mignon. We always leave full and satisfied, and they have valet!

A reservation is a must, that part is a total bummer, and the only reason I doesn’t give 5 stars. It takes about 2 hours for all 4 courses and is $ 30 to $ 50 per person. Is seems like you don’t get a ton of food when they set it down but looks are deceiving! It was SO much food. I was totally stuffed. The lobster was so yummy!

I came here with my coworkers for our Team holiday dinner. Let me tell you that it wasn’t all that special. The service was really good because we had such a large group but they were pretty quick and nice about everything. Because we had such a huge group our menu was set as well. The food wise wasn’t all that good. Let’s start with the appetizer. On my side of the table we had this cheese fondue with white wine as base. The fondue had such a strong wine taste, it took away from the cheesy flavor. They give you vegetable, apples and bread to dip in it. The bread practically taste like wine, the veggie gave the wine cheese a scrunch, and the apple does not go well with it. After apps they give you a salad. It was very delicious actually. The main course was a mushroom broth with a bunch of proteins(chicken, lobster, shrimp, filet minion, teriyaki beef) with sauce. It was very troublesome cooking your meat esp with chicken. We had to take our phones out to set a timer for each meat. I am surprise no one have gotten sick from this. For dessert there is this chocolate fondue with other small chunks of dessert(cheesecake cube, brownie, rice crispy, strawberry, marshmallows, banana) to dip in. It is very delicious, except some of the things got way too sweet for my taste. I wouldn’t really recommend coming here, but if you want to have a sorta fancy romantic dinner I guess I would recommend here. Other wise… not really worth it.

This has been a favorite spot for us for special occasions. My wife loves the place. We were there this last Friday night. Most of the time we just do a cheese fondue and dessert fondue but this time we went for the 4 course. Way too much food. Next time we might try sharing an entrée fondue and still do the cheese and dessert. The food was great and the only reason I don’t give a 5 star is that it was cold where they seated us and almost felt like the AC was on. We asked our server to check into it and he said they were turning up the heat but it waqs cold the whole time we were there. As a tip — expect 2 hours for the full 4 course experience which was fine for us.

Oh cool, I get to play with my food, this is kind of fun. Wait, I have to pay 25 bucks to boil my own tiny pieces of unseasoned bland meat? I guess it’s not too expensive. Except I want a different cooking style, another 5 bucks. Okay, 30 bucks for tiny boiled meat. Not tooo bad still right? But it would be nice to have a tiny salad to go with my tiny boiled meat. 6 $. Now I’m feeling a little guilty. Better get some wine. Nothing fancy though, Cupcake. It’s only like 9 bucks for an entire bottle in the store. 8 $ per glass? *sigh* I guess I’ll take it.

This was my first fondue experience and it was decent. I’d say way overpriced and overrated. It was good t do with a group to experience the different tastes I guess. Just so pricey. Maybe that’s normal for these types of places. Even the drinks were pricey and not that great. Maybe it’s just not my thing, but just my opinion.

We had a great night here for a birthday. It’s not someplace I would go back to often since it’s pretty pricy when your cooking your own food. We got the four courses The cheese was good, the salad was ok, we enjoyed the main course but with such a large group(we had 8 people) our sticks kept getting tangled a little. The chocolate is very good but with a group it took us about 3 hours to eat here. It was fun!

Had reservations at 9 pm for our anniversary and we didn’t get sat until 9:20. That’s not the worst of it after ordering 10 min later we still didn’t have any food on our table at 10 pm. What poor customer service. They didn’t even care that we left.

I brought my daughter and some of her friends here for a birthday when they were teenagers. They felt grown up trying fondue for the first time. The booths were comfortable, the food was delicious, but it was very expensive.

To list my faves. Cheese: Spinach artichoke Spicy fiesta Salad: Cesar California Entrée: French quarter Fondue fusion (Mojo cooking style) Desert: Banana foster Dark chocolate I recommend leaving the potatoes in the pot till the very end of cooking your meats so they have time to get nice and tender. The yellow yogurt based curry sauce and red plum sauce are the only sauces I use. I can’t get enough. Haven’t gotten an alcoholic beverage I didn’t like. The service is always timely and prompt, restaurant is beautifully laid out for a romantic date or group setting. The hostess make a great impression as you walk in. The servers help each other out so you’re water is always filled. They do a great job of explaining cooking times. Management is professional and will visit your table to ensure you’re getting the experience you’re searching for.

My wife and I came for our anniversary. We agreed that everything was very nice — we didn’t feel like we had wasted our money at all — but not so nice that we need to come back frequently. I reserved our table online, indicated that it was our anniversary, and ordered three roses and the Touch of Romance. Everything was perfectly arranged when we arrived. There was only a one-minute wait for our table, and it was candlelit and sprinkled with rose buds. Very nice. Our waiter was very friendly, respectful of the occasion and helpful. We got the asparagus and prosciutto cheese fondue, followed by a combo of filet mignon, honey orange duck and ahi tuna with mojo broth. The cheese fondue was delicious and went surprisingly well with the dippers: sourdough and wheat bread, apple pieces, and veggies. The entrees were fine but nothing spectacular. The fish was a little fishier than I like, but a good vessel for cocktail sauce; the others were tender and good. I think I prefer to have my food cooked for me at restaurants, but cooking it in the broth was a fun thing to do. Most of the dipping sauces were expectably good. The bleu cheese was a cut above the norm and the cocktail sauce was phenomenal. Since it was our anniversary, the waiter brought us a pair of complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries. And since every chocolate-covered strawberry I’ve ever eaten has been exactly the same, I didn’t expect anything different from these and was not surprised. If we go again, I think we’ll do cheese fondues all around and skip everything else. It’s a great restaurant for special occasions, but really just a good cheese fondue place in terms of the food.

I LOVE the melting pot, who couldn’t love dipping yummy things in cheese and chocolate?! I’ve been eating at various Melting Pot locations for many, many years; I’ve been to them in different states and have tried a lot of the menu– at least when it comes to cheese and chocolate. This location isn’t as efficient or consistent as others and the service can be a bit spotty at times. Personally, I don’t care much for the oil and the broth fondue pots; particularly, I don’t appreciate the amount of effort for something that I don’t care too much for in taste. In addition, as a vegetarian, there isn’t much selection to choose from for these pots. The veggie broth option isn’t good, and for the potatoes to cook, it takes almost 30 minutes, no thanks. We usually stick to cheese and chocolate, strictly. Overall, I would rate The Melting Pot 5 stars, but at times, this location is slacking. The service is a bit lacklustre, although usually pretty good. I’ve had a few experiences here where the waitress or waiter didn’t know the recipes for the cheese, the consistency was off – like soup, they couldn’t be bothered to provide a refill or even be spotted for an hour, nor were they willing to provide more dippers(they always provide more veggies, breads and desserts for dipping). Sadly, for now, there isn’t another location in town. You can call ahead or make reservations online, which is highly recommended if going on a weekend or holiday. Otherwise, they’re pretty dead and you can be seated immediately. The bathrooms are always spotless, as are the tables and floor. The food is always amazing and if for some reason it’s not, they won’t hesitate to rectify the issue or make you something else. If you haven’t tried this place, do it! The best chocolate is by far, Bananas Foster!!!

2 stars because our waitress was nice. The food absolutely is over rated and not good at all. The waitress says this is like an experience. I experience cooking my own food in my own kitchen often. It takes literally over 2 hours to dine here and that is too long for bland food. I tried the melting pot and I hated it. I think I better pay the bill and leave before they tell me it’s an experience and I have to wash my own dishes here too.

When I first came here with my partner, there was no wait time. We were whisked into a booth — the place is quite cozy in a good way. We ordered the 4 course meal. The appetizer was cheese fondue(Cheddar) — so amazing. The cheese was so flavorful. Next was the salad — nothing too memorable. The main was interesting though. We ordered the Classic which came with marinated meats, steak, and seafood. While you can choose your broth and there’s a variety of dipping sauce for you. However, I feel that cooking the food in the broth dampens the taste of your food — maybe we didn’t get a good broth?. It also reminded me of hot potting. so I didn’t find the main to be so great. My favourite though, was definitely the dessert! We ordered the yinyang chocolate fondue — complete with rice krispies, fruits, brownies, etc. I absolutely loved it. I think the next time I go, I would only order the appetizer and dessert pots — because the four course meal was a LOT of food. Overall, service was quite good. Our food came relatively fast and servers were very polite. Environment was a little cozier than I had expected, but we were only two people. So we had enough space.

I’ve been there for the 3 course dinner but have only returned for the dessert portion. I’m not sure you can go wrong with any of the chocolate mixes they offer. Currently offering $ 20.00 off your next purchase of $ 50.00 or more if you donate $ 10.00 to a children’s charity. A rare win-win-win situation.

Always great food, great atmosphere, and great staff. We didn’t like one of the cheese fondues we chose, and the waitress was nice enough to take it back and give us another one we liked. The price — you get what you pay for. The steaks, chicken and pork are always on par, the salads are small and simple yet delicious, and the dessert fondue is mouth watering. My girl friends and I try to come here every other month to get together and chat over some great food.

How to have a 5 star experience at Melting Pot: 1. Come when you’re in the mood to eat but not starving, then split the multi-course meal. It will take a while so don’t go when you are rushed. 2. Don’t go with a group. 4 is okay but 2 people is best. Your table is centered around a pot which you will dip and cook your food in. Two is perfect but four gets crowded in the pot. 3. Get the steak lovers meat option. Of all the meats, the steak is where the melting pot really shines. Plus there are fewer risks with cooking times than seafood options. 4. Upgrade the broth option — the price difference is worth the flavor difference. 5. Let the staff know if you’re celebrating an occasion ahead of time — they’re great! Each time I’ve been here, the staff has been incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hostesses even made a very personalized birthday card for my wife. This place is more about the experience than the extreme quality of food. Cooking your own stuff is fun, just make sure you’re in the mood for it!
