This is the advertising newspaper agency for the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News. They are very helpful when placing classified ads, legals, obituaries, and other advertisements you see in the paper or in Utah magazines. Problems with the paper, such as delivery, are handled by representatives at this call center but if you have issues with the paper content or you feel your voice isn’t being heard, it’s better to take it up with the source– either Deseret News or the Tribune. You can find their direct numbers online. Utah Media Group is a great place and the staff is very friendly! They treat their employees and customers very well. By putting an ad in the paper, you’re reaching a huge weekly audience and adding legitimacy to your ad. I highly recommend working with Utah Media Group if you’re looking to place a personal or business related ad!

I have a subscription to the Sunday paper and only receive it 40% of the time. They say if you call before 10:00 a.m. The same day they will deliver it. I call, they don’t deliver. I send e-​mails to try and get help from someone different and it never helps. If you want the Sunday paper DO NOT get a subscription. It’s CHEAPER to just buy it at the store because you will have to buy it anyway because they are not consistent at delivering.
