Great place for any type of repairs. My child spilled water on my laptop and I thought that was the end to my 600 dollar laptop. I found this company and decided to give it a try. The staff members were very nice. They showed a lot of knowledge and professionalism. Having such a great encouragment I decided to give it a try and before I knew it my laptop was just like new. They even helped me add more features it. I would recommend everyone to come to this company if you need anytime of repair for your favorite electronic devices. Not only will you recieve your items in a better condition then you expected but you will have exceptional staff helping you out. It is rare to find a company that has a sense of professionalism and experience that can satisfy you all the way and this company has it all. Give it a try and you will not regret it!

I found this website by chance. My son had dropped my laptop one day and it wouldn’t turn on afterwards. I called File Retrieval the day it happened and I was able to get a quote instantly. I mailed them the laptop and I got it back 3 days later, Working as if it had never been dropped. They were very professional and speedy with getting my laptop back to me!

The best place downtown for any type of recovery. My HDD fell into water and i couldn’t access any files. I visited a few locals downtown but most of them said it wasn’t possible or were too pricy. File Retreival was the only one who guaranteed recovery up to 90% at a very reasonable price. The staff was courteous and the service was handled very professionally. They were very proactive in communicating the progress and completion of the recovery. I sent my personal hard drive in and paid the non-​refundable diagnostic fee of $ 99. When they said it would be $ 495 more to retrieve my files, I said no and that I would like my drive back. I requested my drive through their automated process three times in different browsers and got no emails confirming that the drive was coming back. I emailed the salesperson that was working with me and did a customer support chat on their website requesting my drive. None of them confirmed that the drive was being sent back. Then one day, 2 months later, the drive appeared at my door. No apologies for it being so late, no partial refund.
I give them 2 stars because the initial sales conversation went fine.
