The staff is great and it is price wise a little cheaper but easy access, super fast set up, too

I’ve been with them for years (totally ashamed that I’ve paid monthly fees for so long that I could have put a shed in my backyard) under the previous company. When it became CubeSmart, that’s when it really isn’t smart. They kept raising the rates, added extra requirements which added fees. In short, I was paying more than double from when I first started and what a new customer would be paying for the same size unit.
If you do end up choosing them, read the fine print, that introductory price increases after 6 months. Their units aren’t well sealed so be prepared for lots of dust and insects.
On the plus side gate entry is decent and the onsite office has really good hours and open on Sundays as of this writing.
