Great variety in this store, but the customer service is a little cocky. From my experience, the person I worked with — both before and after purchase — wasn’t willing to listen to my preferences or concerns. I’d advise to tailor the experience to the individual client vs what you already think they’re going to want.

I went there with my girlfriend just before our anniversary, looking to spice things up a bit. The salespeople were very helpful and were able to answer all of our questions and make some pretty good suggestions based on our wants. I would recommend this store to my friends and anybody looking for good products and great friendly staff. We will be back.

Went here with my boyfriend last night for his birthday. I grew up around NYC’s Christopher Street which hosts all the lingerie and sex toys imaginable. Thought I’d seen it all, but WOW. This place is tops! It’s also perfect for couples or anyone looking for a spicy gift. The girls were really helpful and the selection was divine. I wanted to buy some of the super cute day wear they sell. I’m hoping he’ll make it back for Xmas presents. Seriously — sweaters, dresses, accessories, and stockings, all fit for cutesy daytime wear. Their stuff is high quality too and appropriately priced. They sell some great wigs, as well. Think we’re going to make a habit of hitting this place up whenever a little spice is necessary.

Received excellent service on Valentine’s Day and purchased a gift that keeps on giving. I was glad the person helping me informed me about the *No Return Policy* for certain items – even if the items are still in their packaging. It’s a reasonable policy, and for those certain items I’ll return with the wife to get just the right thing!

I feel tricked! This place is not ideal for gifts. A friend and I couldn’t decide between two pieces of lingerie for a bridal shower gift. It’s tough to buy something so intimate for someone else who isn’t there to give input! The girls at the registry assured us we could get both and just return the one that didn’t work. When I went to return the lingerie, they wouldn’t give me back my money. Store credit only!!! I couldn’t believe they would encourage me to get both and fail to mention that I couldn’t get my money back. They knew my intention was to return one!!! Now I have a gift card for $ 70 that I’m not sure I will ever use. Also the prices are not cheap. For a gift, I would recommend shopping at a better established chain that allows returns. If you must shop at blue boutique, I have a gift card I can sell you.
