My spouse purchased a re-​built car here which has had the «check engine» light on for the four months that we have owned the car. We brought the car back to «Lee», who works at this facility, to deal with the check engine light, yet he would only replace the small plastic gas cap for me, even though the check engine light has remained on. Please BEWARE that cars sold by this dishonest mechanic shop have been in serious car accidents, and other mechanics have told me that a check engine light will remain on after a serious car accident. At this point, the air bag warning light and a change oil light continue to remain «on» at all times, on this car that I purchased at this facility. I am disappointed that this facility took my hard-​earned money, and then did not stand by their product. Avoid this place!

Bought a car here. It was by far the easiest and best process of buying. They weren’t sleazy, weren’t pushy, and stand behind their cars. I will definitely be back again.

Bought a 2005 Toyota Matrix with very low miles in like new condition. The dealership, the experience and the car have all been top notch. The lot is full of clean, well-​prepped good driving cars like Toyotas and Subarus. No ugly, dirty, rusty heaps like in many used car lots. They have two well equipped service bays and a full paint shop. I brought back my car for a minor squeak and the owner fixed it in minutes. Some cars like mine have been damaged in a collision and fully restored, inspected by the state police and issued a «reconstructed» title. They’re not worth as much as a trade-​in at a car dealer but if you’re planning to keep the car, they come with a big discount. I saved $ 1500 on mine. Other cars are low mileage creampuffs bought at auto auctions. The two brothers who run the plan are helpful and service oriented. The office staff is friendly. I’m 65 and have bought a lot of used cars. This is the best dealership and the best used car of them all. I highly recommend.

I bought a car from these guys, but needed to sell it less than a year after buying it, because I needed a bigger car for work. Them knowing this, fixed a problem with the windshield and buffed out some side scratches for free. I understand –from reading reviews before I bought the car (from other sites) — that the management before them were not so nice. These guy’s have been nothing but that. Is everyone on bridge st. an honest mechanic?
