This place must of got new owners since I was there last. Owners use to be friendly and food was very good. Now the people are rude and food is terrible! They argue with you when you say that you are not happy with the food you paid for. And they do not offer to replace it or make it correctly. Or to give a refund when the food is unacceptable. It is a shame, I use to enjoy going there.

Staff is fun and polite, and the food is consistently good. Also, they recently did me a favor and got me out of a jam. I sent my kid to school on a half day with no lunch packed. She went to her after school program and had nothing to eat. I work quite a long way away, so I called Crossroads. They delivered a small cheese pizza to her school and charged my cc over the phone so that my kid would have a lunch that day. They saved the day!

I’m not sure why I’m unable to give zero stars on this review, as giving a single star is giving too much credit to this disgusting establishment. Giving a single star would Imply they did something to deserve this. Incorrect. Not only is this«restaurant» dirty, but it is employed by «humans» that I’m not sure are qualified as such. To be honest, I stopped ordering from Crossroads many years ago, as they are rude and can’t seem to get even the simplest orders correct. But tonight, after years of not ordering, a delivery man rang my door bell. At 9pm, with 2 small children that WERE asleep. This delivery man was a simple digit off, meaning he was on the wrong side of the street. Perhaps if he actually looked at the numbers on the house, instead of guessing, he would have gotten this correct. But instead he woke my two children under 4. Thanks dude. The simple«oops» you mumbled made it all okay. Next time this happens, as I’m sure it will with the leadership of this team, I will be sure to throw that Italian sub he was trying to deliver to my neighbors right at his face.

I wouldn’t waste your time or money. The food is horrible and they don’t get it right. If you were to complain they will argue that they’re right not the customer. I work in a restaurant and have for years so even tho the saying is customers always right I know that isn’t the case but however when a customer complains about their food that they paid more money than it’s worth for they should be more than willing to remake it. Not argue the customers wrong. Not only is the counter help incredibly rude one of the owners isn’t any better. Not offering to fix the food but also arguing they were right. I guess they are well off and don’t need the business because they’d rather loose a lot of business instead of making an order over. Not to mention the place is disgusting and not clean. If I could give it no stars or negative stars I would absolutely do that! THUMBSWAYDOWNFORSUCKING!

They advertise certain pizza specials on their website but don’t honor them. Will never go here again. Bad customer service when you don’t honor your own special deals. UPDATED: 12/08/2014: The menus in store STILL advertise pizza specials but they don’t honor it.
