The customer service at this store was an all time low. I went to switch to Sprint. I knew it would cost a little more than I was paying, but I had gotten an offer texted to my virgin mobile phone, and thought it was a great deal. I walked into the store where there was one other customer sitting at a table in the middle of the store. The girl behind the counter said hello as I walked in. When the phone started ringing she proceeded to complain about how annoying that customer was and that they had been calling too many times. She said«i know you need your note 3 for your son, but stop calling me». I was completely turned off but decided to proceed regardless. I told her I was looking to switch, showed her the offer I had received, and she told me that it wasn’t valid through Sprint. The message itself said, visit your local Sprint store. I then asked if she could just check for me. The store didn’t have anyone in it and I thought that she could take just a minute to do so. She sighed and said that Sprint wouldn’t send an offer through Virgin, and that it would be a waste of time to try to find it so I should just call Virgin. I left infuriated by the lack of customer service in this establishment. I did call the next day to speak with a manger, who said she would call me back… and surprise never did. I ended up calling Virgin… who put me through to Sprint, but at this point, I think I’ll stick with Friendly Virgin Mobile.
