Sing along with me! «Reunited, and it feels so GOOD!» You see, I was forced to leave this office and a doctor that I liked very much until they got some new doctors to fill out their ranks. I think my scientific mind and wanting to participate in my own health care decisions absolutely dictate that I see an internist as my GP. One that LISTENS and doesn’t try to convince me that nothing is wrong. It was such a relief to meet my new GP and realize that she wasn’t just going to blow me off. I have a freakin’ invisible illness. Meaning: it doesn’t show up on tests or machines that I am suffering terrible inconvenience from my own body, but that does NOT mean I’m faking in order to try to get attention. I’m trying to get help from doctors in order to improve my quality of life. Doctor Dale Mazer is AWESOME! She sat and listened carefully to everything I had been wanting to tell a medical person for a long, long time. She seemed to understand what I was going through. I think she’s already very familiar with the type of complaints that I have about my frustrating body. My experience with her was much better than the last doctor I had to ditch for her sarcastic attitude. I think I’m going to like visiting the doctor office again.

First appointment at this location and the staff were very courteous, even on the phone. There were people in the waiting room when I walked in but I was quickly taken to a patient room and the doctor was there immediately. Loved the doctor, she was very detail oriented. I’ll be going back as I’ve finally found a great primary care physician.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I have never heard of a Dr’s office that refuses to see a new patient when it’s a sick child. Yet they wanted me to sit there on the phone and set up him as a new patient even though they said they wouldn’t be able to see him today. On a Friday. When he’s sick. Then still not take him today because he’s a new patient. Seriously. Thanks a lot, Saline Health Center. Their recommendation: go to Urgent Care because the first appointment for them has to be a meet and greet and a physical. That kind of defeats the purpose of getting him in with a practice when we are newer to the area and want to get him set up with a doctor. I can tell you where I won’t be taking my kids as patients. Sorry new patients, don’t try getting in here if your kid is sick and needs to see a doctor. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous.

We see Dr. Park, and he is great! The staff talks to the kids, not at them, and they are incredibly patient and friendly. There’s plenty of parking, lots of chairs in the waiting room and toys/books galore for the kiddos. We’re really pleased by the level of care we’ve received.
