Amazing customer service. Friendly staff, the units are clean and well lit. Security protection for coming and going renters. Looked at multiple places in salinas and this is one of the newer places and one of the best. Highly recommended.

Professional & clean. I would def refer them to anyone. The staff is nice always offering coffee, popcorn, & candy. For 105 $ though I’m not too sure. My unit is really tiny but hey, You pay for convenience.

Jessica and Tom have been so wonderful to work with. They are beyond helpful and pleasant. I will miss seeing them as we move out but am very grateful and happy we chose their storage to use between homes. Life can be busy and stressful and having someone help you through it is very hard to come by. I highly recommend this storage no matter the need.

People are extremely nice and the place is very clean and safe. They also offer a one time move in assistance for heavy items.

Been using their service for 2 yrs and they have changed their price 3X. I began. With $ 130 to $ 160 and now they want to charge me $ 185. This company really want to loss business. I am ready to move out. Very disappointed. I will alert my military community about not using this storage place.
Other then being charged.

I came across Salinas Self Storage by accident due to missing a turn to originally head to another storage facility. However, I very glad and fortunate for this! The staff represented themselves with the utmost professionalism and knowledge of their facility and business. Definitely first class. I like the fact that the majority, if not all, of their units are accessible via drive-​up. They also provide great incentives and discounts for long term use and referrals. Worth every penny, to have piece of mind about your belongings with such a great company.
