This was my 2^nd time here for the lunch buffet and am just as impressed as I was the 1^st time. For $ 8 you get an amazing selection of pizzas and the freshest salad I’ve ever seen at any buffet.

Great restaurant ambiance for parties or just simply dining in with friends and family. Must try all flavors but I’ll have to settle for my ol time fave of cheese and Hawaiian for now…

Hands down Best Pizza in Salinas. Friendly Staff, Clean and always on point. Gotta have it at least once a week. Lol #fatnesslife If you show the Unilocal app you get free bread stix with a purchase of a Large or bigger. Bread stix are off the hook

I’m sitting here waiting on my order which is already 20 minutes past the time they said it would be ready and they handed out free pizzas to 2 people ahead of me because they had to wait or their orders were screwed up. I better get one too lol. They need to get it together. Good pizza though.

Another Pizza Factory Success Story! This establishment is not lacking in anything. The interior is clean and inviting, the service in personable, the salad bar fresh, and pizza is the great hand tossed signature pizza factory product. I would definitely be a regular if living in the area. I don’t often review based on a single visit, but have confidence in the strengths of the management here. It’s also great to have the WiFi availability.

What a great place!
I’d arranged a last minute family dinner for my son’s birthday yesterday. I called 30 minutes ahead for an okay. Originally i thought it would be less than 10 people but we had more. The girls at the register were all so very friendly and accommodating. I was beyond pleased with the service. The food: so delicious! I ordered a specialty pizza with pesto and sun dried tomatoes to try it and I loved it, must try!
The hot and bbq wings were huge!
Bottom line, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

They have a great lunch buffet. Their tomato bisque is delicious. All veggies were fresh and crisp. Oh and the pizza was very good as well but I was a big fan of their salad bar.

Great service, pizza and beverages. This place has a great vibe and spacious table settings. I wouldn’t hesitate to take a date here or family event.

I am a total foodie and pizza is my weakness, this place has become a favorite of mine and my family. So good! I have never dine in usually we call and pick up food is always made to order. Prices are good for the amount of food you get.

Wanted to give this place a try so went with the family. After taking our orders, we asked for cups for water and they gave us mason jars. At first I thought, how cool, mason jars! But then I noticed that my jar was VERY dusty! I was immediately turned off and my first impression of the place went sour. I asked the person in front for another one and she didn’t even apologize or say anything. In fact, the other thing this place needs to fix is their service! Not 1 worker was smiling unless they were mingling with their fellow co-​workers. I was thinking of giving this place 2 stars, but yuck, giving me a dusty mason jar is just NASTY. In fact, the other mason jars had some dust in them too, but the one I had looked like the dust you find in ancient books. CLEAN your utensils more and get friendlier employees!

You can’t beat the service it is always great .
Just love the lunch buffets you get so much for your money. The soup and the salad bar are great .plus you can ask for any kind of pizza if you don’t see the one you like.
When we go in the place is always clean and the people and owner treat you like family. would not go any place else for a great time.

There’s a very rude worker who is on shift every single time I come here. Not very friendly, gives you a «whatever» service, and acts as though she’s doing you a huge favor she’s rather die than do when you ask her for something. She has a very unprofessional piercing on her cheek as well. Makes me dread going whenever I’m invited. I won’t go there if it’s up to me. I prefer to drive 15 minutes out of my way and go to the location down town if I have to.

I always wondered what a pizza factory looked like and where all the pizza in the world came from and now I know and its pretty cool how they just make all the pizza for u and u can just ask em for whatever pizza u like except they don’t have costco pizza or papa murphys or any other pizza places pizza in this factory

This is my first visit to Pizza Factory at this location. I appreciate that they prepare a gluten free Pizza. I ordered 3 pizza’s for a work meeting this morning. When I got here at 5, when I scheduled the pick up, they had not prepared the pizzas. They were very apologetic and offers me a free drink and salad while I waited. I am very pleased with the service. The screaming teenagers was another story.

Well what can I say you can’t beat the environment and the food. This time I order a mini greek, mini pepperoni, and garlic bread. The biggest satisfaction was the Greek pizza. Omg it was mouth watering good and healthy!
The produce quality, welcoming staff, safe environment is what sets it aside from other pizza restaurants.

I always start by checking out all the reviews on the page I am going to comment on. I then go visit the place I am about to critique at least twice. I then take the time to eat the food and experience the service and the cleanliness of the place. This is an upscale restaurant in my view for pizza. the owner and the staff go out of their way to service you. The restaurant is always clean the bathrooms are always maintained the food is delicious it is an upscale pizza. I am sorry that the one and only individual who has given this place a negative critique seems to be going out of her way to give a negative review, maybe this individual does belong at the Little Caesars of the world and not at a restaurant of this level. Shame on those people who abused websites like Unilocal for vengeance. Enclosing both locations in Salinas or five star restaurants. Come and enjoy great pizza and awesome service .And that’s all I have to say about that

I dig the new location. So much larger than the south side location. Plus a lot of t. v’s all around. Can’t wait for football season to start.
Of course the pizza is awsome. «They toss em, theyre awsome!» Very flavor not doughy, fresh ingrediants from what I can taste. Love thier spicy wings (even if they’re not spicy) and their cheesy garlic bread… Yum!
The staff is cool, I called in an order for pick up arrived 15 min later and vuala, ready. They even accepted my coupon from Unilocal for 2 any XL pizzas for 39.99. Sweet!

Great food and service. This place is new, modern and spacious with plenty of flat screens!
