If I could give zero stars for this company I would. Not only did the sales manager lie to me when she sent out the repair man, when I spoke to the sales manager, she lied as well. I hired this company to come out and replace one garage door, that garage door still does not work. They sent the repair man with two bills, one was supposed to be credited back into my bill if I purchased products from them which I did. When I was told I was going to be charge more than what I was quoted, I called the office and they promised me they would not charge. They lied again, they charge my card hundred and $ 40 over the 500 I already paid them. Not only does the garage door not work, I am now awaiting them to provide my bank with the sales slip they say I signed. They also lied to my visa dispute company. This company lies cheats and doesn’t repair things properly. Very sad this is. The kind of service that is offered in our county. I have never had to write a one star review before. Terrible terrible. Never use this company.

Excellent customer service from Brian at the Overhead Door!!! I am not really used to this level of customer service these days. Just called Overhead Door as the first step in my garage-​door research and got Brian on the phone. It was about 10 minutes before 5:00 p.m. Brian was super knowledgeable and friendly and so willing to stay on the phone and answer all of my questions frankly.

Beware!!! I ordered door springs (in person) and was given an estimate off $ 199.00 when I went to pick them they charged me $ 364.00 Rip offs …

Professional, helpful, efficient, great price — what more can I ask for!?! We used this company several years ago for our home and my husband never forgot how thorough and professional they were. When the door in our rental home quit working he told me to call them again. I can’t say enough about how helpful they were in scheduling and then calling me when they were on their way since it was not my residence. Conner ROCKS! He called to let me know he was on his way, he was polite, tidy, fixed the problem and the price was great too. Thank you!

Fantastic service. Needed repair for our garage door. They accommodated my busy schedule; they were very friendly and Connor was very nice. Christina kept me posted and was very helpful.

We purchased a new garage door and opener in April 2012. It has never been quite right. Last week it finally stopped opening. We cannot get our
cars in or out of the garage. Called to schedule an appointment and we had to wait 3 days for the scheduled appointment. Then the morning of the appointment we get a call that the tech is sick and can’t come until Monday. That is another 4 days! They said they had no other tech to do the work. How do you have a business and someone is sick and you have to wait a week since their employee is sick? This is ridiculous!
The door is so heavy that we can’t get the door up or down.
Just remember this when thinking about purchasing their product.

Our rental garage door died.
I called one company but they never returned my calls.
Overhead door answered their phone and since this was a rental and I was out of town they dealt with my tennant.
They got the job done. Kept me updated on their progress. The quoted price was what I paid.
My tennant said they did an excellent job.
I’ll be back this month and I will be able to see the install and will update this review if there are any issues.
