Outrageous prices!!! Please shop around before you ever authorize services from Mr Rooter!!! I went with a local, licensed plummer service, for less than half the price!!!

Our toilet backed up at our business three weeks ago. The first two plumbers could not solve the problem. Kevin and Patrick from your company came in and solved the problem. This was not just plumbing… these guys were professionals who took the time to figure out what was going on. I would recommend these guys to everyone. They really stuck with it to completion. My hat if off to this company.

Can you give a negative star? If so, Mr. Rooter Monterey deserves it. We were hosting 70+ people at our home for a Holiday party and had a toilet that ran after being flushed. I called Mr. Rooter IN ADVANCE and scheduled an appointment. They asked if it was okay if they came the morning of the party. I said yes and thought everything was taken care of. Mr. Rooter called an hour into the SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT on the DAY OF the party to say they were not coming and would I «like to reschedule for an appointment 3 days later?» I begged and pleaded that because they SCHEDULED an appointment, I didn’t have any back ups. There was no way I would get a plumber out on the Saturday before Christmas. The receptionist could care less. I guess I’ll have a person on «toilet duty» to go in after every use to fix the mechanism in the tank so it can be flushed for the next person. Absolute WORST company on the peninsula! You’re better off wallowing in waste than calling this company!

My experience today with Mr. Rooter was fantastic. They were extremely professional and courteous both in scheduling an appointment over the phone as well as in person during service.
Augustine, the service technician who assisted with our clogged shower drain was very respectful of our home, efficient in his job, and pleasant to work with.
Without hesitation, I’ll be calling Mr. Rooter again for any of our future plumbing needs.

I had a horrible horrible experience with this plumbing company! VERY poor customer service and outrageous prices! I will NEVER EVER use these folks again. If you have a problem, they ignore you and will not return your calls. Save yourself some time and money. Call someone else!
