Love this place! Of all the mountain mikes in town, this is hands down the best!!. Customer service is great, and delivery is always on time! Dining is fun too!.. Especially game days. ((big tvs!))

I’ve been going here throughout the years then all of a sudden things have changed. We went last month and I ordered wings which took forever. I talked to the casher about it and she said that they where working on them and it took 1 hr. Then I got them they looked under cooked. I returned them to get my money back. The girl was unpleasant about it. So I called in an order the other day. Thinking I could use the coupon. She told me just bring in my phone to show the coupon. It was a BOGO coupon from Mt Mikes website. So when I got there the cashier told me to wait so she got the manger and he told me the coupon wasn’t granted. I began to ask him why? He told me that the coupon is only from Monday — Thursday. Mind you there was no days saying I couldn’t use it. He stated giving me attitude telling me that it’s advertised thought out the store. What does the coupon that doesn’t have days on it and the add have anything to do with the coupon. I told him I would’ve never ordered the pizza if this was the case. He kept on arguing with me over and over. Telling me that he’s trying to run a business and tired of costumers coming in making up their own coupons or deals. I told him I’m not everyone and not trying to work him for his money. I can’t believe a owner would say something like that. But that’s his fault for letting it slide for that long. if he was feed up about it then why or could he take it out on me. I’m an honest person. He made a big deal about the coupon. I was trying to make a point and clearly he didn’t want to see my point of view. He didn’t even want to see the coupon. He really showed me what kind of a person he really is. I’ve never in my life gone though this trying to speak to a manager. He sure doesn’t know how to run a business at all. clearly also doesn’t know the meaning of costumer service. I’ve worked in food service and the mangers I’ve worked for have never treated or yelled at their costumers like this man did. I know he didn’t want to be proven wrong. He just was mad because I stood up for myself. And he lost a costumer that’s been going in for years. Believe me word travels fast.

Ugh… It saddens me to write this being since I LOVE their pizza. I know they were busy when I called and that’s okay but, This is the first time I brought home an incorrect order and to top it off the pizza it was burned. I order pizza from here all the time and was so disappointing when I got home and opened it. They have my phone number in their system surely they have my usual order. I really hope they pay a little more attention to this kind of stuff. Note to self; verify your order before you LEAVE!!!

Really? You don’t deliver here «because it’s just too far away». Yet, you deliver to Toro which is less than a mile away from my address.

Ordered online and prepaid. When we got there to pick it up they tried to charge us again $ 10 more than we paid online. They argued with us about this. Then looked again and said oh we see it now. When we got home we were missing something we had ordered. So we called to ask for a refund. We didn’t get our receipt in store but since we thought it was all fine it wasn’t a big deal. So now they don’t want to credit is it give us a store credit. Um no. That’s not how this works. No manager there so I left my number. Finally go to eat the pizza and it was nasty. Whole family highly disappointed.

Update:
I ordered again, same problem with toppings, only this time the pizza was burnt also. A representative reached out to me and I responded, this was over a week ago, she has yet to respond to my last message to her. You just lost a loyal customer, obviously you don’t care or else you would have changed your practices. Never again Mountain Mike’s, you blow

We placed an order at 6:30pm for delivery and waited nearly an hour, which we were aware of, but when our order arrived, the delivery person wasn’t even sure what he was delivering. I asked him to tell me what is in each box as it appeared something was missing. He just said they told him to deliver four items and that’s what he has. He was not rude, just not helpful. One of our burgers was missing. He said he will let the restaurant people know and someone else will deliver the burger. Also, the two bags of chips that come with the burgers were missing and the marinara sauce for the mozzarella cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were not sticks, just a glob of breaded cheese. We planned on tipping the guy in cash and he wanted to make sure he got his because his part is done. We called the restaurant regarding these mistakes and waited about 45 minutes, nearly closing time, when the food finally arrived. The guy just thrust a bag at us and started to walk away. We asked if the chips were in the bag too and he said he doesn’t know. So much for check twice, deliver once. We could have ordered pizza from anywhere else but we chose Mountain Mike’s. A bad experience from start to finish. This location used to be the best of the locations. It’s steadily going down hill.

Recently moved to Salinas and the night of the big move, needed something quick and kid friendly. So grateful to order pizza across the street almost from my place and at 9 something at night. I love Mountain Mikes, having grown up on it living in Marina. I’m not sure if every one is THIS different but the pizza was disgusting. Plain, mainstream crust, burnt, little circles of pepperoni, tiny chopped pineapple and no flavor added to the sauce. I would rather order from the Marina one any day. Someone needs to upgrade the recipes quick. Other than that the service is fast, easy, the people are very nice and they place is clean. This is based on the pizza alone.

My mini combination pizza crust in my opinion was pre made frozen. Very disappointing.

I really enjoy their lunch special, once in a while. I crave salad bars and enjoy a hot slice of pizza on the side. The fact a bottomless beverage is included, with no wait, serve yourself, counter service is a plus when your hungry. Happy Camper ;) !

We used to eat here regularly. Any time that we had a party or wanted something quick for the kids we would go for mountain mikes on West Alisal. Our favorite pizza has always been the pineapple chicken luau (pineapple, chicken, bacon, and BBQ sauce… mmmm). The last 4 times we’ve ordered the pineapple chicken luau it has been DISGUSTING! I’m not sure if they’re under new ownership over the past several months or if they’re trying to cut cost but they started using the nasty, dried out, dark meat chicken, the bacon is totally fatty and even the BBQ sauce tastes different… or maybe they just aren’t putting any on it? The service has never been great but it’s a pizza place and young kids have to start somewhere so I’m okay with that. I would say that I’d never eat here again however, their ranch is amazing and their pitchers of beer, although small, are very cheap.

Pizza here is good. Lots of choices. I prefer the thin crust. Plenty of seating. Great for parties. Staff is friendly.

I went in with a friend, and it smelled horrible, like wet sweaty socks left on wet wood. I would have blamed it on anyone there, but the place was empty, so, there goes that.

Horrible service at this location. Called in an order and the woman who took the order had a very bad attitude. Can’t speak about the food because we cancelled our order.

Well we came in there about 8 o’clock tonight after my nephew won his 8^th grade Super Bowl game. With four adults, a teenager and one little girl, we ordered a mountain pizza with pepperoni, sausage and some bacon. We order some cheese bread, and some cheesesticks, the bread was okay the cheese sticks was not that good. My sister normally doesn’t like mountain Mike’s but tonight she likes it tonight’s pizza, all in all was a good experience.

I’ve been coming to this pizza place since I was a kid in little league. They’ve always had a good selection of pizzas.
Favorite pizza from this place is the Chicken Club. If you haven’t tried it yet than you must. Pikes Peak is pretty good as well. During baseball season, little league season this place is filled with people.
I highly suggest you get the local paper outside this place especially on the weekend and look for their coupons. I use coupons from here all the time. Better pizza than that $ 5 Little Caesar crap.

The food and the service are excellent. This specific Mountain Mikes makes truly superior pizza than any other that I have ever been to. Their pizza is fresh and has a personal touch!
The restaurant is spacious and kept impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend stopping by for some delicious pizza!
