Seems to be an exceptional office. Had eye exams for kids, they even read off the existing glasses to see where things are and give you an idea how things might have changed for you r reference if you’re like me and would like to know. Try to talk to Stephanie, she seems to have a handle on things. Ordered contacts and she processed the insurance for us,(even were cheaper than 1−800-contacts for reference, plus there’s no shipping) and made promos available that mfr and insurance were offering for the brand we selected. Busy, we waited too long w/the trial contacts to make the decision btwn contacts and new glasses; she encouraged that I stop back by and made available another set of trial pair to bridge the shipping time for full the refill order. Very nice of her I thought, accommodating. Really friendly, which is what you need when you have questions about your eyes, contacts, insurance, etc. because it gets complicated. One small issue is the optical room has some heating problems, it gets a bit too hot in there too try and determine what you want to wear for the next couple years, it’s never a simple choice in my experience, and with the added stress of the environment…, doesn’t work out. I hope they can get a mechanical trade to tune the heat in that room or just close its heating vent or something.
