Jamba Juice

I have frequented several Jamba Juices all over California, and in my opinion this is the BEST! They always make whatever I choose perfect. What I mean by that is, it is always thick and creamy — not watery. I usually choose the smoothies — Caribbean Passion, Mango A go go.
Everyone I have had an interaction with has been friendly and polite, that includes other patrons. Your just happy to get a delicious well made beverage. I’m super picky when it comes to getting my money’s worth in anything I purchase. I will take back if I’m unsatisfied, and like I have said perfect every-​time. Highly recommend.

Jamaba Juice is great. Drinks are good and the employees are friendly. They are always incredibly buzy no matter which branch you go to though. The rewards program is very nice as well. Would recommend trying this business’s products.

I guess I have to report eval… I got some acaii bowl. my fav. Crystal is amazing… always go out of her way for me. outstanding customer service. She makes up for my previous disappointments at this place… thanks

Went here while I waited for a Dr apt down the road. got the orange dream like I always do. It was blended good and deliver fast

Maybe I’m just cranky… Blood sugar’s low… But this Jamba Juice is S-​L-​O-​W! Don’t get me wrong… still great drinks!

So maybe not the best juice in the world but Thomas’s customer service was really good.

Came here two days in a row once in evening and mid morning during the week service was slow. Both times registers were having issues. The mid morning visit they had to change manually cash only… Once wait the cashier tells me she didn’t charge me for my boosts that I owe 50cents. Really.

There’s nothing like a fresh fruit smoothie on a warm afternoon. And Jamba Juice is usually my go-​to place for it. On more than one visit to this location I have run into a few issues.
The first being a sunny weekday afternoon… I had ordered 4 smoothies and was maybe the 3^rd person in line. While the first 2 orders where completed, I waited eagerly for mine to be ready. As I stood at the counter waiting, orders for the customers behind me began to be called. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the orders for the customers that were ahead of me were being remade and called out again. All of this before my 4 drinks were even made once! 25 minutes later I received 2 correct drinks and 2 incorrect drinks. No apology. No compensation. Nearly a half an hour of waiting, and given the wrong drinks you’d think they would try to fix it or make the customer happy before leaving.
Needless to say I began making the drive to North Main to get my refreshment. That lasted only a few months before I decided to give the South Main location another chance.
Overall nothing much has changed. I think that there are still quite a few inconsistencies that could easily be fixed. I found out that this isn’t a corporate location. That started o bring everything together for me. Franchises usually fall by the waist side when quality control is a factor. There are only a couple of employees at this location that I feel actually care about the product that they serve to customers and they take care to make sure that the order is correct.
Last week I went in for an apple cinnamon oatmeal and an all fruit smoothie. Pomegranate Paradise is my favorite. Smoothie was great, could have been blended a little longer, but wasn’t terribly chunky. When I got to my desk to enjoy my breakfast, I was disappointed to find berries on my oatmeal. Sorry, berries just aren’t my thing. What really gets me is that there wasn’t anyone else in the store when I was there. How could you get that wrong?
I like this location because it is the only one on the South side of Salinas. I think that there is room for improvement for sure.

On two isolated occasions now, they’ve made the wrong smoothie for me. I’d ask for the PB Moo’d and would get the chocolate one instead. The first time this happened, I had already left before I realized. And the second time this happened, they remade it and gave me a free coupon. Friendly staff. Also, San Francisco JJ’S have already made the transition to paper cups. It’s time to ditch the Styrofoam.

Love Jamba! There are plenty of great mom & pop smoothie stores, but nothing warms my heart in the morning like their apple cinnamon slow cooked oatmeal or refreshens me like a Razzamataz in the afternoon. They are very friendly at this location.
