Called CMC on a Saturday, and left a message. Chris called me back in 15 minutes and said he could come and look at our drain problem in about 30 minutes. He was there on time, and talked me through the potential problems and solutions, looking at the whole system. He fixed the issue and I was impressed with how careful he was with everything, and that he took time to explain in detail. Knowledgable and friendly local guy, good rates, available when I needed him, and he fixed it. Exactly what I was hoping for when I was looking for an expert — happy to recommend CMC Plumbing for a great service.

Chris arrived quickly and was very personable and informative as to options for the work which was to cleanup after another plumber, Jeff De Salvatore who had left work unfinished and was not responding for days to phone calls. No fun cleaning up after someone else but Chris did so without complaint and finished very quickly and left everything in pristine condition.
His billing was fair and accurate with no padding for materials (unlike Jeff De Salvatore who upcharged 100% over retail and provided no itemized receipt or any receipt).
I will definitely recommend CMC Plumbing to friends and neighbors.
