Carl’s Jr

First time trying this branch, and the service was very friendly. The young man working at the time was actually helping an elderly lady with directions when I arrived. He was very patient and polite. The place was clean considering it is a fast food place. I was pleased…
Then I got home with the food.
The burger from the Carl’s Jr menu was.well.very sad. It was smashed flat, mayo on the outside of the bun, mayo really sugary, and the bun was sorta’ greasy.
The street taco and beef taco that I had from the Green Burrito menu was tastey, but greasy. The street taco was a little spicy but not bad.
All in all the Green Burrito side was better than the Carl’s Jr side, but I’m still willing to give the food here another chance since the service was so great and the place was so clean.

Just left the drive thru line at this location and the service was so terrible, that I immediately felt the need to download Unilocal just to write a review about it.
The girl taking our order started out by offering us a new promotional item and when we politely said no thank you she rudely said, «what do you want?» with an attitude we both could feel through the speakers. After dealing with that, we pulled up to the window and received very dirty looks from the same girl, and when she finally opened the window her only words were the total amount. She proceeded to close the door in our faces while looking significantly angry, and overall just annoyed with our presence. We asked for barbecue and ranch sauce, received more dirty looks and silence, and even when we both said thank you (for nothing basically) she just closed the window and didn’t say thank you, or have a nice day or even goodbye. I’ve never felt so unwelcome as a customer, and I will definitely not be coming back.
The girl’s name, was BRENDA C. and if that is any indication of how she is treating customers at this location then I recommend she be fired. I felt so disgusted by the experience that I may even file a complaint with a carl’s Jr. corporate customer service hotline. I hope she gets some sort of disciplinary action for this, because being a veteran customer service employee, it is unacceptable to treat people that way.

GROSSSSSS!!! Just took my daughter here to get some chicken stars and not one but TWO of them had hair on them.

Went here for dinner last night. Drive thru was quick and my taco salad was hot and fresh. Drive thru window was actually clean on the exterior which was nice to see.

Great Place! the staff always makes you feel at home.
You walk in and the place is impeccable, the bathrooms clean, fast service, price is the same countrywide nothing you can do about that… If you get Coupons they are glad to take them without making a fuss, all you can drink fountain drinks, other places in town will charge you if you want a refill…
Great experience, beats McDonalds hands down!

I had stopped at this Carls Jr. For a late kunch with my son. We order the same combo meal the bbq Bacon cheese burger food came to us cold, burnt, and dry as if it had been sitting. (See pic). I emailed customer service at Carls Jr. Corp and got a auto response email saying someone would contact me 2 weeks later I get a call from the local rep. Who apologizes and offers gift cards for our trouble 3 weeks later still nothing so I emailed to follow up responded that she would follow up 3 weeks later forget it I will post my experience on social media both on Facebook and on Unilocal.I will never eat at that carls jr again I’m not saying all are bad so. Salinas has a great one that I ate at for 13 years with no major issues. This one is no bueno and service leaves you wanting.

Nice and clean interior and bathrooms. very much appreciated after a long day on road. Worker barely spoke English, so only difficult thing. Just off 101, so easy on and off. Prices here are higher than normal for a Carl’s jr

The price is getting too expensive. It costs 30 cents more now for a famous star burger. The food is good, but at least your wallet will lose weight after eating there. Can I add, I’m not a very critical person when prices are reasonable, but I just can’t stand large onion slices on my hamburger. They give me gas that lasts for hours. A grumpy clerk in the drive thru has big glasses. she said my car was dirty and forgot a few cents in change on my last visit. You’d think she lives there on holidays and weekends since no one else ever waits on me or she helps the one that does.

Meh. It’s Carl’s. Service is a bit slow, but the staff is nice.

This review isn’t of the food. It’s a standard Carl’s Jr. Franchise and so it’s delicious… if you enjoy Carl’s Jr as I do. This review is of the service which is ridiculous. I stopped by here trying to grab a quick bite after dropping some mail off at the post office (which is right across the street) so I drove up to the drive thru. After 5 minutes of speaking like an idiot into the speaker/​menu, I assumed the drive thru wasn’t working and with a line of 6 cars behind me, tried to drive out to alleviate the traffic. Since this is one of those locations that values landscaping over practicality, I found myself caught behind someone that the drive thru operators actually noticed. Just as my mom was going to hop out to just order inside for me, the traffic moved forward. I waited a few moments to try and order from the person at the window but was promptly ignored.
Still hungry, I parked and walked up to order. My order was taken promptly and people seemed to be moving around with purpose in the kitchen/​behind the register but it still took FOREVER to get my food.
I’d give 3 stars but can’t reconcile stamping such service with an «A-​OK» though my food turned out perfectly fine.

Good size burger, and tasty but salty fries.

I adore fresh salsa on almost anything. A fully loaded Carl’s Jr. breakfast burrito with salsa is yummy. I like the way this operation prepares the food. Tasty high quality healthy options that are easy on the wallet. Thanks!
