Owners Mechalina and Richard Helton went above and beyond to help us repair our Roman shades. Several of our shades had stopped working, and one had a snapped chain. They helped us research the manufacturer, order the needed parts, and then came over to install them. They also showed us how to prevent future breakage of the up/​down mechanism which is prone to getting stuck and breaking. Customer service at this level is rare. Great service and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

Needed a blind repaired for a moveout inspection. Called, and the owner was in the next day. The blind was fixed quickly and completely, even though it needed rethreading. I’m so impressed by the competence and the courtesy.

Exceptional company — they not only cleaned difficult, 15 year old windows coverings, they explained every step and made sure that any mechanical problems were resolved. These covering had all been cleaned previously, but not half as well as Carefree.
The Helton’s are the perfect type of owners — hands on and very knowledgeable; besides being friendly. We highly recommend this company.
