Good atmosphere that salinas doesn’t have. My server was good. However, the food quality was mediocre. If you want to eat good food, I would not go there. Petra is a lot better place to eat.

The restored old building is beautiful, the drinks are made well, but the food needs work(especially the pre-plated carpaccio).

I was born and raised in Salinas, and it makes me happy to see someone stepping up and doing something to make a change in this town. The Kehoe family has taken a historic building and brought it to life again. Giorgio’s restaurant has an fantastic menu to match the beautifully decorated restaurant and its top-notch staff. Chef Alessio is always coming up with new and creative dishes using our local produce. Ticino coffee is amazing and the danishes make a great quick breakfast. One a cool night the Piazza with its firepits and water feature is a great place to hang out with friends and have a drink. The banquet space upstairs is perfect for hosting all types of events from weddings to proms to birthday parties. 201 Complex has so much to offer. I would recommend stopping by and seeing for yourself.

I would give it a half of Star if I could. First of all the waitress was only attentive while taking the drink order. When we moved to a table we were lucky for a few minutes, long enough to order… then who could find her… I ordered the Cannelloni al Forno. The description indicated it has braised pork and chicken. It did not, mine was only filled with a spinach and ricotta mixture, but since the waitress never appeared again, I could not ask about it, so what I tried was not bad. However… when she did arrive, at the end of our meal, I asked her about it and she tried explaining how it was cooked, and disappeared again. A while later I believe the manager, a dismissive pregnant woman indicated the meat was ground up… I showed her and asked her if it was emulsified into the Spinach and cheese… she asked if I wanted to see the Chef, and I told her no and she walked off. It could have been handled much better. I don’t expect this place to last long. I’ll stick with Ginos…
