Best Western Plus Midwest Inn & Suites

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel both times have been good experiences. We have kids and the pool with slide is awesome. The temperature of the pool was just right for our little ones that’s usually a problem for us is the pool being too cold. The rooms are really good size for the price, clean and neat that was never a problem. Looks like they recently remodeled. Staff was friendly and accommodating although they always seemed understaffed while we were there. Only giving 4 stars because we never had the complimentary breakfast. Overall I would stay here again.

The new TV’s are really dim and the signal comes and goes. The girl running the breakfast spent more time on her phone then taking care of breakfast. The biscuits were cold and often empty until someone would bring it to her attention. We stayed there 3 days and it seemed to be a regular occurrence with the same girl. 2 of the lamps in our room were broken.

Clean newer rooms. Perfect lower cost hotel for a business traveler that doesn’t want to spend a fortune!

I’m giving 2 stars to be nice. The service desk was really nice when we first checked in. After dinner at a family reunion, I came back to my room to find your sheets covered in burgers and snot, at least that’s what it looked like. One of my family members down the hall had crumbs and public hair in their sheets. Apparently it’s more cost efficient to not clean sheets and risk poor reviews. It’s possible that other reviews are from people with less standards from my own, but clean sheets should never be compromised considering the rate of these rooms. When asked if the sheets could be changed, I was told to «come to the desk, and do it yourself.» Granted, I’m sure he’s the only one working at this hour, but not the best way of communicating such. In conclusion, if you happen to get a good rate here, check in, and inspect everything. Anyone who says this place is clean, is plainly blind. Request new linings, and request at least a partial refund for a less than adequate accommodation.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay and a great value for the money. We stayed here one night and found the hotel to be just what we needed after driving for 12 hours. Would stay here again on our next trip out to Colorado. Breakfast could be a little better but heck, it’s free! So why complain?

This best place I stayed service was awesome lady at front desk Vicky was awesome she even asked if we need place have nice dinner and she told us come to Tucson’s she was right. If u ever need place come here thank you again Vicky great Service !!

Stopped here while in-​transit from Colorado to NC, selected by Unilocal reviews & pet friendliness. What a nice surprise! It had been recently renovated & was very clean & comfortable, with a friendly staff & good amenities. I’d definitely recommend and stay again!
