The staff were warm, informed and quite helpful. More importantly, the laid back atmosphere makes it a pleasure to shop here. It’s a total mom and pop operation with that old school «just hang out» vibe. They even have snacks, a coffee maker and a couple of comfy chairs. Selection is pretty good, but the way they treat the customers is what makes this place great.

Not a bad little shop, decent range of juices. I dont like how they store the juices, they squish the plunger when they store it higher then average gear prices. Shop keeper was quite and not really looking for a conversation. Again not a bad shop but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit.
Edit: You can’t sample juices per Salem city. No sampling.

This place is the best!!! I’ve been to several other vape shops ready to drop a couple hundred to get set up, only to be ignored in a cloud of smoke when trying to approach the counter. Vapor outlet is hands down the best vape shop in the area. I came in and told them I was just starting and looking to learn and look around. The owner and his son gave it to me straight, they showed me the cheaper mods up to the expensive ones and let me know the pros and cons of each. I finally settled on a more expensive beginner mod and they let me try it outside before buying. Their juice selection is huge and they even make their own. Super helpful and threw in some chargers on the house. It’s only been a day but I still havnt reached for a cigarette. I HIGHLY recommend vapor outlet to anyone in New England especially if your looking to quit smoking. They were funny, helpful, knowledgable, generous and truly went out of their way to help me get set up. I can’t wait to go back. Thanks vapor outlet!!!

My fiancé and I visited salem this weekend and had to come check out this vape shop based on the great reviews. First off the customer service is great, the two employees on shift were very welcoming and were very helpful. The owner john is an awesome guy as well, you feel like a regular just stopping in once. This shop has an amazing selection of some great lines of juice, but what everyone has to get is their own line, witch city vapors. This is some seriously amazing juice. I got charmed and my fiancé got the reaper both are amazing! Definitely check this shop out you won’t regret it.

This family run shop is a great little addition to the neighborhood! The personal service and knowledge provided made my purchasing experience informative and fun without a pressured oversell. Each of my questions answered, concerns addressed, and recommendations offered, all without making me feel foolish. As a local resident, they’ve acquired a repeat customer and some free advertising as I will now be recommending Sheldon and his staff!

I decided it was time to quit smoking and started vaping only a week ago. I was having trouble with one of my emow kits and thought I was going to need a new battery. I went in to vapor outlet and explained my problem. The owner (who’s name escapes me) was extremely helpful. He checked out the battery and cleaned it up a bit where I thought it was leaking from, problem solved. It was fine just user error. Customer service was great IMHO, they could have sold me something I didn’t need but they put the customer first. They had a great selection, and very knowledgeable.

Visited this vape shop after hearing how great it was through a friend very knowledgeable employee John helped and was for the customer not the buck! They have a very cool rewards program that offer buyback point for there merchandise that can be used on anything In there store done through a gift card that stores all your points from previous purchases very cool. Also I bought two bottles of juice and John told me we have a special if u buy one more bottle totaling three we will give a bottle for free. Now vaping is already saving me tons of money but your gonna give me a FREE bottle YEAH LEMME GET THAT! It was an offer that wasn’t posted that John let me know about points for you in my book shop had tons of stuff to look at and great juice selection not that commercial poster boy juice you see in every shop something new the only shop catering to a different taste different style of vaping juices for the flavor chaser and definitely for the cloud chaser biggest selection of high volume vg juices that I’ve seen in any shop props to you guys keep it up and I’ll keep spreading the word
