I needed to have carpet stretched in a new home we had just purchased. I wanted it done before having furniture delivered so it needed to be done fast. I spoke with Armando who was extremely friendly and helpful AND he said they could be there that day!!! It was sooner than I had expected so I scheduled for the next day. Matt arrived at the specified time and he too was extrememly friendly and professional. Matt did an excellent job and explained what he was going to do and also did a walk-​through afterward to explain what he had done. The price was VERY reasonable and the work was quality! I would highly recommend Universal Shine and I WILL be using them in the future!!!
