Prices are great sales people great. Delivery guys were horrible dragged my new matteres across my wet drive way. Went through my living room banging the matteres into things. I will definitely consider this when I need to make a big purchase again. I called the store they didn’t care they already made the sale. They said someone might call me back next week. Lancaster dr. Such a great place to buy a mattress! Richard was so helpful and very knowledgeable he helped us pick the perfect mattress. After sleeping on it for a couple nights i don’t know how i ever slept on anything else! We had such a good experience that 3 days after getting the mattress we went back and got a love seat as well. Will be back for sure when we update our spare bedroom. Thanks again for your knowledgeable staff and great service!

I have to say I had the best experience at this store. Richard Kirchoff was helpful the second I walked in the store. He really knew a lot about beds. He had me try a bunch of different mattresses to see which one was the most comfortable with depending on the way I sleep! I didn’t feel pressured in buying anything. He told me my options and told me to think about it and come back when I’m ready. I have to say this mattress has given me the best night sleep I have ever had! If you need beds or any furniture I would suggest this awesome store. They make everything easy and relaxing!

We needed A LOT of furniture. Having just moved to the area because my husband got a job here and it was an interstate move, we didn’t have a lot of $ due to the costs of moving. So we went in, thank GAWD for no high pressure from the get go. We looked around, had a guy ask us if we needed help, we said not yet and he backed off, said let him know if we did. When we finally had some questions, Sage was most helpful. We got out of there with most everything we needed and got a great deal to boot. We had already hit the other furniture places up and down Lancaster… no way, we’re sticking with BedMart from here on out.

Ok I normally dont write reviews but this one is a must, I so needed a good bed and searched many stores then I came to this one, I came thru the door and started looking at beds and I was asked if I needed help I said I was just looking so no pressure on me from pushy salesmen… I found one I liked but was a little steep in price and as i talked to the salesman I asked about military discounts as we are on a fixed budget and the salesman BEN helped so much I got my discount and payed the price that I needed … I am very happy that this salesman knows his job and how to give great customer service… be proud bedMart that you have someone like him working for you… proud military wifes need to shop there… they support us… thank you a proud army wife. thank you Ben.

Went in a they didn’t say a word to my fiancé and I until we looked at tempurpedic beds (the bed was over 3000) when we looked at the lower priced items they didn’t pay attention to us. Didn’t even get up from their seats. Was sitting down stuffing their faces with food!
