The service couldn’t have been worse. I gave one star because I had to. 20-​minutes to get food after being given the wrong order… twice! Took three tries to get a cheesy roll up right?

Usually I am a taco bell girl-​Ive tried almost everything on the menu. I have to say I will NEVER go to this location again. I waited in line for 7 minutes before I even got my order taken. Granted, it was 1230 lunch rush-​but-​they only had ONE cashier open. Then it took 14 minutes for my food to be ready. So I was in taco bell for 21 minutes before I even got my food. This is completely unacceptable for «fast food». Then they just called my name and walked away without saying thank you, have a nice day, anything… after I just waited over 20 minutes for TACO BELL. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for Mexican food I would’ve just gone to a Mexican restaurant.

Rolled through Wednesday morning to get some of the new quesalupas. The guy was knowledgeable about the product even though it’s new. Food was hot and timely.

Wow. What a load of hot garbage.
I have not eaten Taco Bell in YEARS, and now I remember why. Stale taco shells, minimal «meat» that tastes like garbage, and the most bizarre, extensive and complex menu that I have ever seen make for a pretty crappy experience. I seriously cannot understand why anyone would subject themselves to this misery on purpose.

Man this is a horrible Taco Bell, I am very sorry to say. The food is like any other Taco Bell but the dining area is the dirtiest dining area of a fast food place on Lancastor by far. Last time I was there I looked around and there was like three tables with people eating, No one in line, three employees standing around, every table had food all over it and rappers underneath and stuff all over the floor and an employee walked out like a zombie with a broom and a wet washcloth and instead of cleaning he stood around talking to somebody Who was eating until another customer came in and then he walked back to help them at the front. Talk about a mismanagement of employees it should’ve only taken him 3 to 5 minutes to clean that whole dining area up and yet I sat there for a half hour and it never got touched. Frankly I am surprised that they do not have rats by now.

OMG I’ve died and gone to heaven ! The Bells Cap’n Crunch Delights are just that. Delightful, Rumored to be invented by a friendly old Hippie who knows what getting the munchies is all about. Crunchy outside, chewy strawberry Crunch ball with a wicked gooey center. Do they serve milk, no but it’s the only thing that could make them better. Hit some up you won’t be disappointed :)

We eat here often because it is the closest to our home.
The food is good but lacks consistancy, I hate it when they don’t put the sour cream through my whole burrito, or it is a sloppy mess in the package. Sometimes the speed slows to a crawl.
Overall We have had positive experience here.

Rude employees prevent me from going here The employee I delt with today was too busy socializing to get my order correct and when she got in trouble she followed me as I was leaving to give me snide comments in what I assume was an attempt to intimidate me into not complaining to the corporate office. I’ll be cooking my tacos at home they are better anyway.

Been here a few times over the years. Never had an issue with it. The inside has always been clean and the service has always been fine. My only issue is the parking lot’s condition and their terrible drive thru speaker.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. When its good, its good. When its not, its terrible. Only complaint this time is that Janet L needs to work on her people skills. Difinately a cook-​in-​the-​back kind of gal. Whoever the guy in the drive– thru on 4⁄14 was did an awesome job, but I got the wrong variety of my order.

I had a craving for taco bell today. Loved the new Spicy Buffalo Chicken Griller and the extra taco that came in my #6 meal but the Chalupa’s left more for the imagination. It kinda tasted like shoe leather with luke warm meat inside. Everything else was good. Customer service was spot on, and the rest of my meal was fine. Next time I’ll ask for fresh food… I just thought it was obvious beings how everything is made to order.

They have a new girl in drive thru her name is brenda she is awesome friendly outgoing the type of person anybody would love to hire go check her and taco bell here in north lancaster
