Went back hoping the kinks were ironed out. They weren’t. Terrible service. Really awful service, again. Will not get a forth chance from my family.

Have been to the new Reuben & Co several times now and have always enjoyed it. I have always sat at the bar and the bartending staff has always been great. Everything that I have had to eat so far has been excellent and already looking forward to going back and trying other items from the menu!

Kitchen was really, really slow. Service was slow on top of that. Young server could not handle four tables that came in each ten mins after the last so the bartender took two of them. Reuben wouldn’t stay together, wasn’t toasted enough so the bread was greasy and soggy. It’s all very clean and freshly painted, so if they can get the kitchen and service together it might be ok. But seriously, they can’t handle four tables.

Probably the best Reuben sandwich I have had. Service was great. Opened up about 6 weeks ago and is well worth checking out

We finally made it into the old lumpy’s. We ordered the famous Lumpy’s chix sandwich. Still top notch. Reuben was still top notch. Actually the Reuben was better than Siebert’s Reuben. The menu was a little limited in variety for our family and with the price points mostly double digits, it might not get a lot of «family» traffic. The restaurant was empty at 6:00 as I think the goal is to be a restaurant vis~a~vis welcoming the tavern crowd. Very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. But my summation would be .“confused” It has a boutique offering, … but I do not think that is the identity it wants.

We went there about 3 weeks ago on a Saturday night. Decided to try the new restaurant. Heard nothing but great things about the guy who opened it. We walked in and were sat at the large table to the right. We were told we were the first to sit in the new booth. Got our drinks right away and then it went down hill. After 20 minutes of no refills went and found the owner. He brought drinks finally. Food took a long time to come and when it came It came out in shifts 3 plates then 2 plates about 15 minutes later and then 1 plate about 25 minutes later. Not to mention my wife ordered a tomato basil saled and got an iceburg salad with no dressing, Also my sons kid pizza was the size of a pancake with no sauce. Kids meals wre suppose to come with grapes and fries. 2 plates got none. the owner was well aware of our disaster. When we got the bill I would have expected some sort of discount. Nothing !!! We do not go out often and spent alot of money for an terrible meal and experience. We will not be going back to this restaurant.

Cleaned up from what it used to be, seems like new owners are trying for a family atmosphere. Still has nice bar with lots of tvs to watch sports. Nice selection of craft beer on tap as well as bottles. Food was good, seemed a little pricey. Hopefully they will have daily specials in the future
