Just went to Regis earlier, and I love my new haircut! Amy greeted me promptly, introduced herself, and took care of me the whole time I was there. She listened to my requests and made me feel special. A few people came in looking for services and she greeted everyone with a welcoming smile. No one waited more than 10 minutes before being assisted. I’ll be sure to request Amy in my next visit!

I love my new haircut that Blake created! Being new to Salem, I didn’t have a stylist yet. I was leaving a store when I saw Regis and made a bee line. My poor, platinum locks were overdue for a cut and I was not disappointed! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and quickly bonded with Blake, his kind blue-haired coworker, and briefly with their coworker that had brown hair and blonde streaks. Sorry for not getting names! At any rate, everyone was friendly and had a great sense of humor. Blake took really good care of me all throughout my visit. From being personable to really taking the time to learn what I wanted and what I do with my hair outside the salon. I’m so glad I took a chance and walked in! Thank you so much, Regis! I’ll be back for sure!

I’m not happy with the way my hairstyle turned out. I asked for a bob and even showed the stylist pictures, but instead of a textured, somewhat layered bob I received a very blunt bob. She also continuously asked me if my hairstyle was even, which made me feel like maybe she didn’t know what she was doing, like, shouldn’t she know if my hair is even if she’s the expert? Also, when I got home later and brushed my hair, I noticed a rather large chunk that was significantly longer than the rest and had to trim it myself! Overall, very unsatisfied. I’ve been going to Regis for years and they were great, but maybe there’s new management or something because they hired new stylists and it’s really gone downhill.

Blake messed my hair up so bad. I asked for strawberry blonde and it came out brown. The manager didn’t promptly call me the next day to talk about fixing it. When I suggested a remedy of dying it red instead he said he’d charge me for it. NOTCOOLDUDE. DONOTRECOMMEND!

Horrible!!! I took my daughter to the one at Salem Center Mall and they butchered her hair. She had to wear her hair in a bun or ponytail for months until her hair started to grow out. If you have naturally curly hair DONOT go there!

I was a walk in, and paid 150 dollars for the worse hair of my life. I got an ombré, and a touch up on my asymmetrical a line. Absolutely the worst hair style I’ve ever had. It looks like a grown out, orange, botched up bleached crap. She brought the bleach too close to my roots ignoring the fact it was supposed to be an ombré. People are always telling me its time to touch up my roots. Compared to this place, I’ll stick to box dyes. Great customer service, too bad they have a horrible skill set.

if you wanna pay a lot of money to get your hair done by mediocre people please waste your money here only good this is deep conditions i paid $ 150 last year that’s with a mall discount to get thick blonde chunks in my hair i hated it only going to portland stylist from now on if im trying to pay that much did i mention that’s with an 20% off as well?

I went to the Lancaster Mall Salon in the hopes of getting a spiral perm by a «Master Stylist». Regrettably; and after two failed attempts, and a combined 6 hours of wasted time… my hair looked the same as it had before… lifeless! But I wouldn’t know how truly bad it was until AFTER the 48 hour no-wash/style time… To make matters worse, I was charged for a haircut I was unaware I’d received(she’d clipped a few ends at the 1st appt but didn’t say it was a haircut), and wasn’t even offered a discount or credit on future services for my trouble and inconvenience. What a terrible first experience at this salon and WASTE of $ 161 hard earned dollars. NEVER again!

I go in(Walk-in) sometimes they will say they’re too busy, unfortunately. But this time they were alright with it. I have very long hair so to take me as a walk-in was unexpected. They are inside the mall, very friendly… not stuck up!.Positive crew. Gentle with my hair, neat salon(posh), my hair didn’t take too long to cut. And in the end they didn’t take too much off, however zero split ends. I had no problem asking questions about the best way to use different tools to make my hair look hott, they were very helpful. They styled it for free and it was only like thirty bucks! There was a guy in there getting his hair done too and it was shaggy and everywhere! But they cleaned him up and gave him a «euro» looking cut, dead sexy when he walked out haha. Yes, I will continue to go there. I love this place.
