Whole family is in the car heading south on I-​5 heading to Ashland for a wedding. I hear a bad sound and brake. Car pulls hard to the right. Not good. I pull off and see that part of the under tray is hanging off and being ground up by the wheel. Ugh.
We stopped at the nearest shop which happened to be Quality Plus and they absolutely could not have taken better care of us.
Fixed the car. Test drove it and did a thorough inspection to make sure the brakes were OK and that no damage had been done. Even let me take a look underneath to verify. And the office was like a tool and license plate museum, which the kids loved.
I wish we lived in Salem so they could be our main car shop. THANK YOU Quality Plus!
